The location alone is perfect. When using the toilet in another room, the sound of running water was quite loud because the pipes were connected, which was bothersome. There is no hair dryer, and the towels had yellow stains on them, so they couldn't be described as clean. It might be fine if you're just using it for sleeping.

It's a great location, just a two-block walk from the Zocalo and a quick right turn. I got back to the hotel around midnight, and there were a lot of police around the Zocalo at that time, so it seems like it would be safe to stay there at night. The rooms were quite bleak, and my room didn't have a window, so it wasn't very comfortable. They made free coffee and tea at the reception.

The room is quite satisfactory. It is relatively large, has windows, good air, and is equipped with a washbasin, toilet, and shower separated into 3 parts. Hot water and coffee are provided. There is a 24-hour front desk service. The service staff is very good and can provide a lot of useful information. Their attitude is also very good. They are very familiar with the local food, drink, and transportation, and gave us very good suggestions. One day we opened the window and many mosquitoes came in. The front desk provided an electric mosquito repellent. You can't put things in the shower. There is not much countertop in the room, so we took down the drawers of the desk and used them as countertops.

The location near the central square is very convenient. My room was spacious, but lacked windows and a desk. It's an old-fashioned hotel with no elevator, and the plumbing is outside the walls, making quite a bit of noise. Considering the location and price, I was quite satisfied.

I had already stayed for three nights and booked an extra night. Because of the convenient location and tranquility in the middle of the city, I booked the cheapest double room through Trip.com. I only needed to add 400 yuan more in Mexican currency at the counter to upgrade to a family room. There is a terrace, a double bed and a single bed, as well as a sofa and kitchen, as well as tables and chairs. The water faucet is strong, the shower is comfortable, the bed is also comfortable, and the staff is very polite. Unfortunately, there is no place to hang your clothes and there is no elevator.

A terribly bittersweet experience. I don't know if all rooms have the same problem, but at least in room 101, where my wife and I stayed, they have a very serious problem: the shower is quite high above the floor where the sink is. Furthermore, the floor where the sink is located isn't slippery like the shower floor, so when I got out of the shower, I took a very hard fall on the floor, which, when it got even slightly wet, became completely slippery. Fortunately, it didn't go beyond an arm injury that has disabled me for a couple of days now, for which no one is paying me, and for which I'm quite upset. I was close to hitting my head on the edge of the shower head, and that could have been too serious. I consider it negligence on their part to maintain this facility in this state. I'm young, yet I was close to having a major accident simply because the hotel doesn't have at least a mat or something similar to prevent the floor from slipping. I can't imagine what could happen to someone older than me after a fall like mine. I feel sorry for the hotel employees who were there when I mentioned the situation. They're very kind, but it seems they're completely tied down when it comes to making decisions and proposing solutions. I had to ask them for assistance to help me get my bags downstairs because I couldn't even move my arm, thinking it could even be a fracture. I hope the hotel management contacts me, because I'm extremely upset about this situation and I demand that they take action on the matter.
