The W Hotel oversold rooms, which were expensive and not worth the price, with extremely low cost-performance. The room was poorly soundproofed and extremely noisy due to its proximity to the street. Even with earplugs, the deafening honking of cars and motorcycles made it impossible to sleep. I had to explore Mexico City the next morning, and my head was throbbing with pain; I almost had a mental breakdown.

The hotel is not up to W standards. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is good but basic, the spa is very small, the rooms are old.

Normally I don't comment, but at this price, you must avoid the W in Melbourne. I paid almost 4️⃣oo🔪, and when I complained to the front desk that the price and room did not match, the front desk said they received 2️⃣2️⃣o🔪. The middleman's fee is too high. Even if the price at the front desk is much better, you can choose the Hyatt next door.

It is two levels lower than the W Hotel in China. The safety of the wealthy area is beyond doubt. It can only be said that Mexico has its own national conditions.

In terms of service, the staff are very enthusiastic and have a very good attitude, making people feel like they are back home. The breakfast is also rich and delicious. The surrounding transportation is also convenient. Overall, I am very satisfied with this accommodation experience and will choose here next time!
