Good location. Breakfast is ok, however guests have to queue to get in the restaurant, as they check for each room in their system, if breakfast is included or not. Because of this, in peak hour it may be necessary to queue 15 minutes or more to enter the breakfast room. Providing guests with breakfast vouchers upon check in would be more efficient.

Great location but staff were unhelpful. No consierge for 2/3 days of our stay, room wasn’t very nice. We told the hotel we were on honeymoon and they did nothing at all to make our stay special! Won’t be staying again.

Good location and nice service in Mexico City, as well as price, will stay in next trip.

The location is really good, just a short Uber ride away from most of the attractions. My friend and I enjoyed the clean room and the continental breakfast. The staff were very friendly. Nearby is the Angel of Independence.

Not as good as it seems when booking it. The location made up for the lack of comfort. It’s an old, renovated hotel, nothing that feels like a 4-5 starts.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location. It is a few hundred meters away from Reform Avenue in the city center. The surrounding businesses are developed and lively. There are restaurants and supermarkets. Chinese, Korean and Japanese food are all available. The room is not very big. It's quite big, but the price is a bit expensive during the exhibition period. The breakfast is pretty good and rich in variety. The swimming pool is a bit small and can only be viewed, and the fitness equipment is complete. The overall experience was pretty good.

The location is good. Just walk straight for 2-3 minutes and you will reach Chinese restaurants, Japanese restaurants and Korean restaurants. It's all good. This hotel should be the top 2 hotel in Mexico. I arrived on the 9th and left on the 16th. Not a bad experience. The service staff are very nice, and the breakfast is okay (for a Chinese stomach), with omelettes and fruits. very safe. Safety is particularly important here.

There is a hard candy next to the toilet. It was at the door of the toilet on the day I stayed there. After reporting to the service staff, they moved to another place, still in the room... The shower is very small, and all toothbrushes, combs, etc. are charged...

The front desk is very friendly, especially the uncle in the restaurant who can speak a word or two in Chinese. He knew that we were from China and needed tissues and brought them to us himself. The uncle at the front desk will also help with luggage and call taxis. The staff are very nice. The only drawback is that there is backflow in the bathroom, dirt will be found the next day, and a toothbrush is found in the toilet (I am sure it was not caused by us). Maybe it's just a problem with this room, I hope this can be improved

The room smells bad, the facilities are old, the ceiling is very low, and the restaurant downstairs is average, so I'd better choose another hotel.
