The late-night check-in service is terrible ever since they hired the new guy. It feels like I'm opening a bank account. He asks for way too much information and wants to confirm things like payment, even after I've shown him the bank deposit slip. He even charged my credit card 'while he confirms.' The gentleman who was there before was much friendlier and got things done quickly.

It was terrible. The room for two only had one bottle of water and one cup; there was no coffee machine. The room was very old. When I called the front desk to ask if they had any toothbrushes, they said no.
