Suites Ganges

The bed mattress should not be used anymore, there was a big hole in the middle, very uncomfortable, I will definitely not stay here due to the bed, all the furniture in bad condition, very dirty the sofas,

Suites provides enough space, although they are relatively dark. The furniture is a bit outdated and worn out. My biggest concern was absence of hot water and dirty bedsheets

This property is fairly nice but attention to detail is severely lacking which would make all the difference: - no bar to hang towels - sink bowl is too far forward with the pipe far back to your hand hits the bowl when trying to use it - lots of pillows but most uncomfortable - bed shorter than standard - I am 5'7" and my toes would hang just over when lying normally on the bed - A/C makes loud noises randomly and leaks sometimes - most of the TV channels do not work and it is not a smart TV so no Netflix etc. - poor lighting in the bathroom - thin walls so all the noise can be heard from the outside - generally quite dusty The building shook randomly from time to time - at first I thought it was an earthquake but then it happened several times daily, not sure why but it was a bit alarming. However, despite all this, the location was good, there was A/C and hot water, good water pressure, an elevator and they asked every day if you needed housekeeping. When I arrived, my refrigerator was not working and most of the staff brushed it off but Paola was wonderful and kind and she attended to it immediately, she was pleasant and asked if anything was needed every time I saw her. She was the only approachable front desk staff and it was a pleasure interacting with her. The housekeeping staff were also very nice.

The staff was unaccommodating and showed a lack of understanding regarding personal concerns. My requests to speak with management were ignored. It appears similar issues with staff and customer service have been noted in other reviews, which I would recommend checking before booking.
