I liked the hotel; it's very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good and includes several items. This is the second time we've stayed there.

There is a microwave in the hotel lobby to heat food and provide hot water. The twin room is quite small, with almost no place to stay. The location is excellent. Just a short walk downstairs you will find shopping malls and supermarkets. It is downtown within downtown.

It's a very bad hotel. There is a musty smell in the room, the bedding is not clean, the breakfast plates and utensils are not clean, and the room facilities are also very average. It is actually 3 stars on Ctrip! And you can’t get a refund if you contact Ctrip to check out! Worst experience ever!

The hotel was perfect for my needs, especially since I had to visit the embassy. The area feels very safe and the staff were truly outstanding—definitely the highlight of my stay. My main disappointment was the breakfast situation. The chef didn’t come in (at least one day), and management didn’t offer any alternative. Breakfast was scheduled for 7:00am, and by the time I left at 8:30am, no solution had been provided. My room on the first floor had windows facing the hotel’s common living area, where the lights stayed bright at night, and the room didn’t have blackout curtains. It was also quite loud, though earplugs and an eye mask made it manageable. Overall, the staff were wonderful, and I would have given a full 5-star review if the breakfast issue had been handled better.
