Great service, excellent location in the heart of the Zocalo, and friendly staff providing attention and service. It was raining and they lent us an umbrella, and they also had gummies, coffee, and pastries for guests.

The hotel is located in the old city, and traffic can be congested in the afternoon. However, it's right next to Constitution Square and the Templo Mayor, and there are many local restaurants and shops nearby, making it great for sightseeing and shopping.

Excellent location! Right in the city center, near Constitution Square. During the World Cup, the square was used as an event venue. Public transportation is also very convenient, with subways going everywhere. The room was clean and tidy, and breakfast was decent.

Damn, everyone said Mexico was dangerous, but I disagree! I fell in love 💗 with this city. The hotel service was amazing, and the staff were so kind. I just relaxed and enjoyed myself at this hotel during the World Cup. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Great location, and the hotel has excellent facilities.

Checked in on the 21st and checked out on the 24th. I wanted to check out a day early because I had a flight to catch on the 24th and there was a big strike in Mexico City, but the hotel wouldn't agree no matter how I tried to negotiate, which left a bit of a bad taste. Overall, the hotel was just okay. Breakfast was mediocre, the coffee was bland, and there was nothing particularly outstanding about it. Perhaps its only redeeming quality is its proximity to the Zócalo.

Top location, great amenities. I'd happily come back again.
