I liked the location and the friend welcome I got when I arrived. The free walking tour was appreciated.

This hotel is amazing! We love the service and the 24 hour free drinks and sandwiches from the coffee shop! We also had a welcome drink of tequila (and juice for our kids!) super recommended! The hotel is very clean!

The hotel location is perfect. It is central in historical center, walking to any attractions in historical center only takes less than 10 minutes. Just next to the pedestrian walking street, but very quiet at night. Hotel provides bottled water and apples. Breakfast is delicious. Hotel staff is courteous and very helpful.

The hotel provided wonderful service throughout my stay. I became quite ill during my visit, and the staff were extremely kind and attentive. The café’s service, along with the fresh fruit and food offerings, was excellent and very much appreciated. The rooms are somewhat small. The bed is comfortable for one person, but it may feel a bit tight for two. It would also have been nice if the rooms were equipped with a kettle to heat water for tea.

The service was excellent, I arrived at 5am in the morning from Singapore, and although there wasn't any room available for early check-in, the staff was kind and nice to offer me free breakfast. And knowing I am tired from the travelling, they gave me the room at the earliest. The room is great, the breakfast is fantastic, would highly recommend to anyone coming to Mexico City.

The hotel felt a bit cramped but the inclusive food and drinks offered at the 24-hour cafe made it worthwhile. Location is central, but the neighborhood is a bit drab.

The best hotel I could have chosen. Extremely well located, our reservation included breakfast, which was a FULL breakfast. Also the reservation included 24/7 access to their Cafe Historico where you could get coffee hot chocolate, pastries, light sandwiches, salads...awesome. Free bottled water all the time as many as you want. Rooms are somewhat small but incredibly clean and enough to charge batteries to continue with your trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Loved this hotel. Great location to be in Centro. Offered free coffee at the cafe and walking tour with our booking. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Service was perfect. Hotel was beautiful and little touches like the free bottled water fridge on each floor makes a huge difference in amenities. I would choose this hotel every time. Only downside is having to book the airport shuttle 24 hours in advance but there’s no way to book it other than calling the hotel which is a hassle/burden for a lot of overseas travelers.

Hotel in the center, excellent service and food (spectacular breakfast), to say the least, the rooms are somewhat small but very charming and very clean and well-kept.
