The people who broke in were employees and they said they came to check because the temperature in the room was strange. However, I was very embarrassed and scared because they obviously knew that a customer was in the room, but they trespassed without calling or knocking. The staff was friendly, but had no consideration for guests. A hotel I never want to go to again. The service was worse than that of a 30,000 won room in Southeast Asia.
