If you're looking to get the experience of living in one of the many beautiful mansions in Roma Norte, then Nima is a no-brainer. Make sure to have your breakfast in the courtyard or on the rooftop terrace!

If I could rate our stay 6/5 stars, I would. What a wonderful hidden gem! From the minute we walked in we felt enveloped by warmth and kindness from the staff and the house hotel is beautifully designed and cozy. The staff is truly the highlight of our stay. They were responsive, always attentive and going above and beyond with everything they served (food was finger licking good!). Staff member never inconvenienced us and were always mindful of cleaning our space (perfectly), when we were out. They were also just generally friendly, chatty, and very at ease in the space they work in—a great sign! The hotel felt almost magical… you wouldn’t think from the outside that it has four floors and a verdant terrace, a light filled courtyard, and spacious rooms and bathrooms that are sound proof, trust me, I’m a light sleeper. I could talk about our wonderful experience all day, but my one best recommendation is that future guests experience Nima on their own, truly one of the best decisions you can make while visiting the city. Oh! And the location is ideal, loads of restaurants and small shops in walking distance while also retaining a neighborhood feel.

Nima house hands down is an elite level lodging 2 blocks east of Av Insurgentes sur road splitting the Roma Norte/La condesa neighborhood. Its location makes walking to each neighborhood easy, and simple for transportation pick up/drop offs. The vibe of the hotel is quiet modern luxury with focus on resident experience providing a calm atmosphere to contrast the busy CDMX hustle. My room on the 4th level was impeccable and clean, with room turnovers in the evenings timed perfectly after dinner and outings. Zaira and the Nima team take safety as a priority, personally escorting you into and out of the hotel. The level of service and attention to detail is that reflected by the price and is worth every dollar. The team helped make my wife and I’s 1st wedding anniversary special, collaborating with a local mariachi band for a serenade upon my request and well as setting small desserts and notes that remind us of what this occasion here is for - an anniversary. Thank you Zaira and those who helped make this outing so special! Will certainly be back.

Nima was such an amazing experience/home. I truly felt like home Staying at Nima. The staff were so amazing, supportive and accommodating! There was so much thought into details when it came to saying there. I’ll def be back!! I stayed in 3 places while in Mexico City and Nina by far was the best stay!

Phenomenal service and experience. The staff were very attentive, accommodating, and thoughtful, without being intrusive at all. A truly wonderful hotel all around. The spa was also remarkable. My massage therapist (Lapita) was exceptional. I’ve had hundreds of massages and she was one of the best ever. The sauna, steam and plunge were all excellent—all operated VERY well. All the facilities at the hotel and spa were clean and immaculately maintained. Highly recommend. Will be back.

The staff here are incredible, genuinely invested in making sure you're having the best time, both at the hotel and out in the city. Every single day there was some little surprise waiting in our room: a foot bath one day, aromatherapy the next, tea, even a shot of mezcal. It never felt over the top, just really thoughtful. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and they even threw in a complimentary massage at the spa (amazing, by the way). The common spaces are gorgeous, especially the rooftop, where we got to watch a mourning dove nesting the whole time we were there. Honesty bars scattered around the hotel, free snacks in the room that were actually good, the comfiest bed I've ever slept in, and showers that felt like a spa in themselves. Their recommendations for restaurants and things to do were legit, not the generic "here's a list" thing, actually well thought out. They set up a walking tour of Teotihuacan for us with zero hassle and packed us a lunch to take along. Such an intimate, personal vibe for being in such a huge city. Can't recommend it enough, already hoping to come back.

We had a truly beautiful experience at Nima … the hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic location close to restaurants, bars, and we felt completely comfortable walking around exploring the neighbourhoods. Above all the staff are exceptional- welcoming, caring and made us feel at home . They went over & above to arrange a surprise birthday celebration , massage was superb , the breakfasts excellent. Highly recommend.

I loved every part of Nima, from the staff to the luxurious accommodations. They made my birthday trip so memorable. I will definitely be back. Most notable was Dani and Zaira, who I ended up seeing daily, they were both so helpful and sweet.
