They don't inform you that they don't have air conditioning, the heat in the rooms is terrible, I had a bad experience with a person from the hotel, I would say it was the manager due to poor treatment, I would never recommend it.
It is a temporary reservation to store luggage. It is close to the airport, but the surrounding area is quite chaotic. Don't go out of that area casually. There are security patrols at the door of the hotel. The hotel is generally OK.

For a hotel which was rated at 4 stars, the rooms lacked a/c, a refrigerator, a heater, a kettle and extra blankets. When i asked for some ice, i was told there was none available, only hot water. I wouldn't return to stay there again.
I can't give a positive rating because I had a problem. I made a mistake with the purchase and I wanted to contact them for support. I even went the day after the reservation to clarify, but they didn't help me. My complaint is about the very poor service from their receptionist, who kept me hanging on the phone the whole time. It's very unfortunate.

Nice hotel in a great location in Mexico City. I appreciated the complementary breakfast. Clean towels every day. Only downside is that the walls are a bit thin, it may be advisable to bring earplugs as you can hear your neighbours
A hotel well located in the center.
Its facilities and the buffet are not the best, but I think it is consistent with respect to the price (in case of having a promotion).
The rooms are super clean, only the common areas are a bit dirty.
It is a hotel to go to for a few days, at a low cost and because you are going to spend most of your time outside.

The location was great, close to the Zocalo Square. It was a shame that the floor seemed to be tilted.
The staff was kind and the breakfast was delicious!!
It felt like living in a castle.
There were no windows for ventilation.
The environment and transportation here are quite safe. The breakfast was served by locals. It was too noisy. People who like quietness will not like it.

Good hotel in the heart of Plaza Garibaldi. Breakfast is included but very simple. Although it's a buffet, it only offers eggs, chilaquiles, and beans.
Good apartments for a decent price, but a bit confusing their pet policy as it states here in there policies that pets are allowed and FREE which they are not. I was told a price of 350$ MXN per night… upon telling them they told me I‘m wrong, do customer service wise I’m not so happy. However they were nice and let me change my room because I was initially in a room just above the reception which was horrible and you heard everything. Location is good, room was clean, served its purpose but I’m not sure I would come again.

GGuest UserEverything was great, the service is excellent, the facilities decent, really attractive and fun place, great breakfast. However if you are sensitive to noise this place is NOT for you. The rooms are facing inward into an open air hallway with a food/chill area at the end where they play loud music all day and people talk loudly. Even at night and early morning you will hear people. Most rooms have no AC and you have to keep your window open. Again, if you are sensitive to noise I would NOT advise staying here or pack ear plugs.
