The staff in the reception, she told me to buy it at 15 when I asked to have a plug for mobile phone. When I arrived the hotel to check in, the staff asked me to pay @107.00 by credit card including 7.00 for tax(?) . When I checked out, the staff never refunded it. How I need to pay tips for them. Their service was not good😞😩

Spacious room, 5mins walking distance to tram station that can reach Geneva Lake....one set of amenities was prepared for room booked for 2 adults and 1 kids. Good spread of breakfast. Relatively new and shuttle bus service go Airport is available.

The breakfast at this hotel was great, as I finally got to have a hot breakfast. They provided Shin Ramyun instant noodles and freshly made eggs and mixed vegetables. Overall, it was quite good. The room was large, with the same layout as in China. The shuttle bus was very convenient. After each day's sightseeing, I could take the train to the airport and then take the hotel's airport shuttle back (it runs every 20 minutes, so there's no need to contact the hotel, just hop on the bus when you see it). The entrance was also not far from the bus stop and was 5 minutes from the airport. The hotel also provides day tickets for the city bus for the day of your stay, so just remember to ask for them.

Presidential praise! Excellent location, clean rooms, new facilities. The hotel is very close to Geneva Airport, and there is a Mercedes van every 20 minutes. We arrived at the hotel at around 8:30 am on an early morning flight to Geneva. There was a vacancy so we checked in early, so we could wash up and rest as soon as possible to adjust to the jet lag. The hotel took the initiative to provide a free city transportation card. We took the hotel shuttle to the airport, and then took the train to downtown Geneva in 10 minutes. It was very convenient to take bus No. 14 back to the hotel after an afternoon of sightseeing.

The room is nice and the hotel is new. Although it is not in the city, the transportation is convenient. There is a tram directly to the train station and a shuttle bus to the airport, which is a 5-minute walk away. The breakfast is average and the waiters are warm and friendly. I recommend it!
