We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for our family reunion. The staff is very attentive to guests. Our hosts, Hassen and Faycal, are helpful and always smiling. The entertainment team knows how to channel their energy where it counts! Thank you, Ghassen, Mahmoud, Foufa, Momo, Amir, Khaled, and everyone else!

I don't normally write reviews but this time round I had to do so. I had mixed feelings after reading reviews about this hotel after booking this hotel via on the beach website but couldn't change to another hotel due to the raise in cost this would cost me. Negatives first, this is more like a two stars hotel, cheap on cost not 4 stars. It's predominantly full of french speaking people (older) which is fine as there were activities for young children I.e kids club. The food is ok for what you pay for this hotel but there are so many flies on the food . My daughter is so scrutiny about what she eats but one lunch time she found a Margot in the salads which my daughter had on her plate we showed this to one of the waiters in the Italian restaurant who just took the plate and threw the food in the bin without removing the salads from the main restaurant . From that day on we didn't touch the salads in the main restaurant. Also no chips or fries for kids! We stayed in rooms 125&127 (23May26 - 30May 26)of the main building which had stains on the floor. The buildings are a bit oldish and need renovating. Please take care as my daughter was also bitten by bugs in the hotel room. All I can say get some cream from one of the shops in the hotel or please take your own if coming to this hotel For the positives, the entertainment around the pool area is tops and every evening everyone got involved in dancing which was good. Big up to the bar man Mehdi & the bar man in the main pool area during the day. Also the young man who runs kids club was fantastic speaking English and friendly to our family we spent time with him during dinner. The beach is fantastic and please go to the parachute guys by the beach to book your excursion you will love it . Also across the road you will get good deals. For someone born in Africa and travels a bit, I would pay a bit extra to avoid this hotel.

I want to start with the good things about the hotel … the adult pool area and bar service by Abdul there is great. There are Tennis courts to use . The little restaurant by the main pool is much nicer than the main restaurant, it doesn’t open for the evening meal but for lunchtime it is so much quieter, and great service from Adem . There isn’t as much food choice but you can collect your food from the main restaurant if you prefer. As for the rest … it began as soon as we arrived the female receptionist was unfriendly and rude .. the area was not busy but she did not engage with us at all . The room was very basic but clean , we had two mini bottles of shampoo and shower gel when we arrived … after that they were not replenished unless we chased the cleaners around to get some . One day they forgot to clean our room at all. The plug in the sink didn’t work and the water stuck in the sink, we tried to ring reception but it didn’t work . Luckily we found a maintenance man and he fixed the sink but not the phone ! The main restaurant area is terrible … cold, messy food , not enough serving utensils so people swapped from food to food, wrong labels, poor quality food generally . There was fresh pasta every night but not much variety . There didn’t seem to be enough waiters to cope with the numbers of people so tables were left stacked with dirty plates etc for too long and some waiters were just rude … we were told to move twice when we thought we had found an empty table and there was nowhere else to sit . There was never enough cutlery on the tables and we had to chase around to find some .The area didn’t seem to be very clean at all. The juice machine and coffee machines often were not working . The freshly made pancakes at breakfast were good though . The communal areas of the entire place did not seem to get cleaned at all, the floor around the pools was never mopped , there was an older gentleman cleaner that seemed to wander round that area but never seemed to do much . I can’t comment too much on the beach as there was sadly a lot of seaweed when we were there so we didn’t use it . If you want a cheap , sunny holiday this might be for you but it certainly was not what we expected and won’t be back .

The worst experience in a hotel in Djerba. House keeping service is the lowest I've ever seen. Our room wasn't cleaned after the first night and we had to call them many times and no one came, one of the bed sheets was dirty and stained when we first got in the room, they can come in anytime and take things from your room even if you put the red card that clearly states '' do not disturb' or no card at all. On our last day someone probably from the house keeping staff came in and took the towels without our permission, we didn't report it because we were leaving anyway. At checkout we were accused of robbing their old worn down towels and an employee asked to inspect our luggage. This was the most shocking and disrespectful experience I have gone through in a hotel as a local tourist. Waiters prefer foreigners because they give tips in Euros and I've heard them say that out loud. They showed us where to make a complaint and we did, the lady we spoke to didn't write down any notes, didn't ask for the room number, our names or any type of information, so the complaint was just dismissed and ignored, her reply was that she's sorry but can't do anything to make it up for us. Absolutely disgraceful and you should be ashamed by the quality of your services. Thank you for ruining our vacation.

My Friend and I stayed here from 15-25th May. Our room (236) was outside the main hotel and the door opened out onto the lovely gardens. Breakfast offered a varied range of things to eat which were cooked freshly, including donuts, pancakes, and eggs . There were fresh whole fruit juices in the morning including peach, apple and strawberry. Hotel staff could not do enough for us. Waiters were very attentive, though not intrusive . Our waiter Nasr had been recommended by friends who visited this hotel twice last year and he could not have looked after us any better. Thank you . Both the main restaurant and the smaller one served a great range of salads and for those who weren’t adventurous enough to try the local cuisine there was always pasta and pizza. The local dishes were full of flavour and we we always had lots to choose from. Special mention should go to the animation team who worked incredibly hard to make sure all the guests had a good time. All of the team were polite, friendly and helpful and full of fun. They really made the holiday extra special. The wide range of activities from darts, beach volleyball, basketball aqua gym and yoga were complimented by other other activities throughout the day.Big thanks to Lucas, Mario, Diego, Fernando, Khalid and Challah.Sorry if I've forgotten the other names but you were all amazing and danced slowly for my friend, whatever the actual tempo of the music! Highlight for myself and my friend was 7 o’clock in the evening when cocktails were served and there was an opportunity for dancing, The animation team all danced with the guests making sure nobody was left out. There was a good show on every evening followed by a disco which was popular with the younger and more energetic guests. The hotel was very multicultural in its guests and everybody there seemed to be able to find something to suit what they were looking for. We were two of only 7 English guests in our first week, but most staff could speak English so there was no problem with communication There was a quiet pool area where there were no children allowed as well as the main pool and a beautiful private sandy beach served by its own bar. I did notice that there was plenty for children to do if you were travelling as a family. A designated kids play area and club as well as water slides. There was no shortage of sunbeds and the pool areas did not feel too crowded. We had an amazing 10 days and may well go back to this hotel.

Very good hotel! It exceeded my expectations, the staff is so friendly, the food was varied, everything was very clean and tidy. I was particularly impressed by the small hotel for cats in the hotel park, I would go here again! I give five stars to this one! An the garden, ohh! Beautiful!
