Introduction I have been traveling since the age of 16 and I am 50, I have visited the best hotels in the world I stayed for 2 days and I can say that apart from the price of around 180 euros per night for a double room the hotel is not worth a 3 star rating. Positive aspects Very nice hotel from the outside, the magnificent lobby is very impressive but there is no value for money Room designed in the 70s with. Salty desalinated water!!! There is no hook in the shower for robes Sink knobs with hot written in French and cold written in English!! Fixed shower that doesn't move and you can't adjust the flow of water! For the lights in the room there is no general switch to turn everything off from the bed and therefore you have to get up to do it Room safe not working and you are forced to use the one in reception every time. Lack of simple things like an umbrella for customers in case of rain!!! Lack of enough sockets to charge cell phones and other things Bathtub without hydromassage Positives Friendly and helpful hotel staff Very good and plentiful breakfast

We returned to Hasdrubal Prestige Djerba after 10 years, expecting the same exceptional stay we once had. Instead, we were met with terrible service and shocking rudeness. No towels or slippers in the room despite repeated calls, no kettle, tea, coffee, or water on arrival. On day two, we were told water is “only the first day, after that you can buy it.” At breakfast, a waiter refused to bring us an ashtray, pointing to an empty table and saying, “Get it yourself,” then adding, “I’m not bringing anything.” The hotel is a beautiful building, but maintenance is poor and the hospitality is gone. What was once a 5-star experience is now a place we will never return to.

Hardly ever write reviews but had to for this one. The Hasdrubal Prestige looks like it could possibly have been a 5-star hotel back in the 80s or 90s but is barely a 3-star property today. Pros: - Massive room Cons: - Room came with no bath towels, no blankets, half drunken bottle of water in the fridge, no room service menu, window in the bathroom that can be seen through from the outside, no utensils, etc. - One person manning the reception desk the whole day so service was extremely slow - Extremely unhelpful woman manning the front desk who was unable to call us a taxi and told us to just go outside in the scorching heat to flag one - Beach full of garbage and plastic bottles

Wonderful property .Very friendly staff. The room.are spacious and elegant with great amenities.Beautiful beach with clear water.Great value for money .Amazing food at the Tunisian restaurant .If you go make sure you order the brik and the Hadsrubal couscous.Definetly recommended .

It is five-star hotel but strangely there were very few guests. There was a group of french jews celebrating some special date and because of them there was no hot food or even hot coffee for breakfast on Saturday and reception gave me no straight answer. It was so quiet in the pool & beach areas that it felt like a ghost place. The staff was unprepared and somewhat unfriendly, lazy? It took them ages to prepare our table at breakfast or even clean the ones used and there were abundant flies. The accommodation is superb and our dinner which was included, very tasty.

This spa resort is a hidden gem. Spacious property with the biggest outdoor pool I have ever seen. Rooms are huge, nicely appointed and very comfortable. The property is right on the beach and the hotel arranged for us to ride camels and horses from the convenience of the hotel. The restaurants offer a variety of fresh and flavorful dishes. The staff are welcoming and so willing to help and make you feel comfortable. This resort is very safe, peaceful and appeals to all travelers. We travel as a family but there were couples, single females and other families. The grounds are so big that you really don’t feel other guests. The spa is lovely and with indoor pool for adults (another separate indoor pool available for ages in another part of the resort). This resort is incredible value. We will be back!

The best hotel in Djerba. I appreciate the absolute calm, tranquility and serenity of this hotel which deserves a 6th star. Exceptional thalassotherapy center, gourmet catering, vast junior suites of around 100 square meters with large terraces, very welcoming qualified staff, lagoon of outdoor swimming pools adjoining the sea, select clientele. My favorite hotel in the Hasdrubal chain.

By far the best hotel in Djerba. The suites are huge and clean. The beach, gardens and swimming pools are magnificent and very well maintained. The thalassotherapy center is grandiose, and the services offered are completely up to par with the hotel. The restaurants offer varied and very good dishes. At lunchtime, at the pool bar, pizzas and sandwiches are available, a positive point but a slightly greater choice with e.g. salads and ice cream, would be a real bonus. This hotel is suitable for people who like peace and quiet because there is no entertainment except, from time to time, a pianist during evening meals. The breakfast buffet, which can be taken on the terrace, is very well stocked and everything is excellent. We will return to a hotel in the Hasdrubal chain without hesitation.

Hasdrubal customer for years and always delighted. As the other hasdrubal was sold we went to prestige. We took four days of treatment and stayed with friends. I had asked for my masseur that I had at the old hasdrubal and well on the fourth day they came to tell me who couldn't because he was in a private spa. Well I was very disappointed and didn't want anyone else very angry I found it unacceptable to pass on certain customers before and especially since I had booked for four months. The staff is competent and very kind. But we should organize ourselves, it’s a shame you give a bad image of the hasdrubal, especially by being prestigious. For all this year I have been considering the best hotels in Tunisia. Too bad I lost two massages. I am not ashamed of what I write, my name is Elisabeth Henry. I know it doesn't matter to you, but to me it does. I sent an email to the thalassotherapy center and they didn't even answer me. Sorry I don't like writing stuff like that but I'm so disappointed.

The animators in this hotel are great, great animations, great animators, dana willy Mario, I recommend it to anyone, have a great time spent with them. The stay was made very pleasant, there is a wonderful beach in the hotel, they take great care of cleanliness, perfect preparation for fun alone and with the family❤️☀️🌴

This hotel is a disaster. Children are not welcome. The Spa and Gym are old and not functional. The food is nothing like 5 stars and the expected prestige. The staff does not listen to customers despite having made them aware.
