The same as it mentioned in other traveling booking platform, the service is terrible. Although the room is spacious and clean, the rest left too much to be desired. Without a front desk, the check-in is done by back and forth emails and online submission. It is very unfriendly to visitors.😭 Also, the room is not tidied up during my visit. No coffee or towels replacement.😒 The motion sensor ceiling light is extremely annoying. When I want it on, it is off, and vice versa.😱 😑 If it costs only 60 dollars, the same as a bargain airbnb, then no one would complain. Not worthy at all!

This is an unmanned hotel, so check in is done with a code they provide you. When we got to our room the first night, the AC unit did not work. No one on site to help out so we sweat through the night. We also never found a way to disable the energy saver feature on the overhead lights. They kept turning off after a couple minutes, so we just didn't use them. Notice the beach picture prominently displayed in their ad? This hotel is not on the beach. It's only a block away, but the picture is extremely misleading. The room was good, clean and functional, overlooking the busy street. The location is great, you can walk a short distance in either direction to amazing restaurants and shops as well. Had to ask for extra towels, did not have room service at all during out 3 night stay. Zero English spoken by cleaning staff I tracked down for more towels. It served it's purpose for us, but that's about it. Wouldn't stay there again.

Good hotel. Clean. They let us check in early, all around fantastic experience. The only downside was the shower water pressure was super low, it took forever to shower because of the low pressure. No other complaints.

Clean room. Good location close to 15st. A lot of seaweed over there right now. We walked to 10th st and it was much cleaner and you can swim on the beach. No staff onsite.

Make sure to ask for the hotel to email you the survey before your arrival, so they can get your information then send you the pin code for the door. Clean room. About the stay itself: They provide beach chairs and towels, but I didn't have enough time to take advantage of them. Room was clean. Nice amenities. Great location--ocean drive, espanola way, and collins ave were all walkable. It is a little hard to block out noise from people in the hallway. I would stay here again if by myself. If i were to bring children or a partner, I may stay elsewhere just for the convenience of having a front desk and a more "hotel" feel. But it was great for my one-night stay for a conference

Clean nice room and the staff was very helpful with the access code when we arrived. The only downside is that the room has no noise cancellation, you can hear everything including the cars passing by. This is more of a 1 night stay kind of thing. If you do more be aware that you won’t be able to fully rest.

Pros: - A very nice and clean room. Looks either new or really well renovated. - Pretty good location - near the ocean beach. Cons: - They offer 2 beach seats but no umbrella. Umbrella costs extra. When you go to the beach - you need an umbrella. - Huge cons: no parking. You need to find it by yourself. First time I see a hotel without a parking. - Staff did not cooperate when I unexpectedly had to leave 1 day earlier. They said it's their policy to keep the money. - Windows view at the walls from both sides of the room. - I saw room service on the floor. Somehow they've skipped my room.
