The hotel itself was nice — clean rooms, good facilities, and a convenient location that made my stay enjoyable. However, the staff were not very friendly and seemed unwilling to assist unless asked directly, which was disappointing. Check‑in also took longer than expected. Overall, the property is comfortable, but the service could definitely be improved.

Everything was nice, except the service, why the staff in the reception is so unhappy, why you meet customer with such an unpleasant face. I will not come again only because of you guys!

Lovely place, apartment was clean but there was sand/gritty bits under your feet all the time. Even though they came in to clean it's was still the same. They need a hoover not just a brush. Good location.

The room stank like **** really bad when we moved in, dusty, dirty. No free parking, had to circle around to find any available spot for $20/day.

Very good experience. I will choose this hotel every time I come. It is very convenient to the exhibition hall and the beach, and a few steps to the nearby commercial street. You can cook your own food in the room, and there is a lot of space. I will stay here again next time.

The room was okay, but the door was a bit awkward to open. The soundproofing was also poor, and I could clearly hear the music playing at the party next door from 3:00 AM to 5:00 AM. However, the Latina lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a good location, with welcome champagne🍾, coffee and ice water on weekdays. There are many restaurants around, with all kinds of flavors from all over the world. Supermarkets CVS and 7-11 are not far away. It is also close to the exhibition center, and it takes 10-15 minutes to get there.

Close to the beach, there are many restaurants around, the steaks are very good. The hotel environment is good, the facilities are complete, you can cook!

The room is large, clean, and has good hot water. The kitchen and living room are spacious and comfortable, with many kitchen supplies available. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient. I don't know how to use an American microwave, so the front desk staff immediately came to teach me how to use it. There is a swimming pool with clean water. The external environment is well-landscaped and beautiful.

We specifically chose this hotel with a pool for our Miami vacation, anticipating a wonderful stay for our family of three. We were deeply disappointed. We booked two nights, checked in, sat in our room for just over ten minutes, and then left. We asked Ctrip to negotiate a check-out with the hotel, but they refused and refused to refund the resort fee we'd paid after arrival. Despite the non-refund, we moved to another hotel, which completely dampened our holiday mood. The hotel's location is a ten-minute walk from the beach, requiring several street crossings, making it inconvenient. Also, the pool in the photos is a wide-angle lens; up close, it's just a small pool—fine for the kids to play in, but not for swimming. Our room had dated furniture, a damp smell, and a blaring air conditioner. Don't be fooled by the photos; this was the worst hotel we stayed in during our entire US trip. We've stayed in many motels before, and they were much better.

This is my second stay. It's very good. The room is cheap and spacious. You can even cook instant noodles.
