Great hotel. Clean room. Very good food. Great service. Nice view from the room

A very beautiful hotel, with very friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. Beds slept very well too. We would love to come back!

It’s nice to sit by the pool and the beach but you should have free cold water. And the hotel needs a renovation . The showers were gross. There was annoying beeping in room 1728. And there were two unopened m and m mini’s on top of the cabinet.

It was a lovely hotel.

At beach club of the hotel one of staff style my money by the time I was sleeping I report to hotel but they didn’t do anything Guy was the only one saw my money and he was still working at the r I report Terrible experience

Great place for families

The room has a direct view of the ocean and beach. It's a great room. There's also a sofa bed for an extra person. Customer service was very friendly and responded quickly to our request for extra blankets. Very satisfied.

1) Dirty room, no soap dish in the shower. I was forced to leave the soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. on the floor. 2) During our stay at the hotel, the fire alarm went off at least 10 times, forcing us to go down the fire escape from the 19th floor to the lobby twice. Then we were informed that it was a false alarm. On the last night, it was impossible to sleep in the room because the alarm went off every hour. We slept on a sofa in the lobby because I no longer felt confident staying in the room we were in. The hotel staff, besides being rude, are very unprepared. Given this whole situation, they offered no alternative or compensation.

We stayed in a small suite with two bathrooms and a small balcony with a harbor view. The beach was very quiet. The pink color was very pretty. It was very photogenic. The facilities were a bit old. Hotels in Miami are generally older.

Please note that it is far from South Beach, so it takes some time to get there, and the sand at the private beach in front is not very fine.

If the price per night including tax is over $230, don't stay at this hotel. The hotel environment is nice, but the service is terrible! Don't ask for room cleaning. Even after giving tips, they only make the bed and don't clean anything else. The housekeeping staff and the staff who rushed me to check out were very arrogant and had a terrible attitude!
