Villa Italia by at Mine Hospitality

I was very disappointed with my stay. Less than a day after checking in, we noticed a lot of tiny ants crawling on the desk and even on the bed. At first, we asked if the bed sheets could be changed, but the number of ants kept increasing throughout the evening. Eventually, we had to request a different room. Although the staff did move us to another room, this was not the kind of experience we expected. Finding ants on the bed is simply unacceptable for any hotel. Unfortunately, after this experience, I would not stay here again or recommend this property to others.

The location of this hotel is perfect for late nights on Ocean Drive, it is close enough to the action for a short walk but not too close for parties to keep you up at night. The courtyard was a mainstay for us after our nights out, to kick back relax and have a few more beers before heading off to bed. All the guests and staff were very kind and friendly and we had many great chats and drinks with our fellow guests. The provided beach accommodations was a huge plus, umbrellas, beach towels and other items are available for guests to borrow, and the proximity to the beach made it more than manageable to carry it for the trip. Whenever I am back in Miami I will definitely be staying here.

The staff was really nice and the manager called me everyday to check on us and help us in any way. They were very responsive online in the after hours as well.

We ended up missing our flight so we needed something last minute and this place came across. I will say that this place is very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and they provided toiletries which was very nice. Had a smart tv so came in very handy for us to listen to our music. I very much enjoyed the stay and we had no problem at all. Would recommend this place!

Room was clean, good beds. Location is great with a lot of shops nearby. Could be better if there are microwave oven and coffee maker in room or on property.

It's a run down Miami Beach hotel, and you get what you pay for, but it was great for us. Good location and a quiet clean place to come back to! When I had an issue with our booking I spoke to Megan and she was great!!

Perfect location a block or two from the beach. Management responded quickly when we had an issue...no email from ********** providing # for entry, until the next day.

We will certainly go back! Loved our staying at Villa Italia ❤️
