Hotel Greystone - Adults Only Reviews

Nice enough room for an efficiency, but much like other reviewers did not have hot water in the room for showers. Let the front desk know and they said they would talk to the manager and reverse the resort fee. Never followed through or called us. The water heaters in rooms not working is a known issue, the front desk acknowledged that, so it’s even more disappointing that it has not been corrected. Also, watch your hotel bar tab, the bartender overcharged us significantly for a drink which we unfortunately did not notice until it was too late.

Good location next to the beach, very friendly staff, Pedro & his team are amazing and helpful, very clean, rooms are nice but minimalistic, pool is cozy with view on Collins Avenue, at the beach you get sun-beds but umbrellas are available at $22 extra charge, bathroom amenities are nice, rooms in Courtyard are quite - no party noise. This hotel is a 9 out of 10. We will come back. Well done!

The hotel is great, close to everything on the hillside. Only the parking in the area is expensive, but there are cheaper options a few minutes' walk away.

The hotel is nice. The $100 surcharge for a 4kg dog is absolutely unacceptable and out of line.
