I already mentioned we are paying service charge by my own credit card and the front desk confirmed It can be paid by a separate credit card.
Now after paid the service charge the hotel charged again the service fee, from the deposit credit card, it is double charged and I knew it could have happened from previous comment I mentioned to the front desk it needs to be seriously taking cared, but still failed.
It caused us a lot of trouble not to clarify the payment again again again and again. What a nightmare.
Why is the hotel cannot figure out the services already paid and do not double charge again.
The hotel is good, but the experience is terrible because they are not doing their things right and make the customers running around, we spent too much time to solve their mistake.

Booked, wouldn't refund or change the date on the booking despite my partner getting deployed and the trip having to be canceled but they enjoyed keeping my money and having an empty room. Never again!

The hotel was beautiful and it was right by Collins Ave. It offered a golf cart to the beach and lounge chairs. The staff were nice for the most part. There were a few concerns such as I had to call 3 times to receive cleaning services (they didn’t come one day and stated that I had a DND on the knob which we didn’t nor ever touched it). I understand that it was a mistake. We also had a king sized bed room and the set up of it could be improved. The sliding door to the bathroom blocked the door of the room (so if someone was in the bathroom and someone had to come into the room it would be in the way and the bathroom door would slide open). The air didn’t seem to be working so we only had a fan and the refrigerator also took a while to get cold. Overall it’s a nice property and location, it just needs a few improvements.

This was our 2nd stay and both times the staff was friendly and courteous. The location is central. It’s near the beach and the very popular mall. The room was clean and very comfortable. Great stay!

Pros:
The room was clean.
The shower was nice.
Cons:
Only one outlet between the beds, and that's it. No other outlets in the room besides one behind a dresser under the tv. You have to move the dresser and unplug something if you need to use it.
The bathroom is only semi-private
The bathroom door doesn't close easily. It seems like it needs to be shaved down a bit on the side.
No hair dryer.
No iron, but they do have a clothes steamer.
Only one small garbage can in the bathroom.
The pillows and bed are not very comfortable.
valet parking is $45/day, but there is $20 self-parking down the street

I think the everything (almost) is good about this hotel.
- location is superb. South beach. a few minutes walk and you are there.
-- clean and comfortable hotel/bed.
-- pool is nice.
negatives:
-- shower has very slow-style water..not pressured water. for hot water you have to wait a bit..then there are often very little amenities given.
-- expensive parking.
-- friendly staff except some waitresses. for the entire empty restaurant of the hotel, they ask you to go back and check in table to get a table...this is such an inefficient way of getting people waited and do multiple run between sites....
