Park Central Hotel

A small hotel with a good location, that's all! Spent a terrible New Year's Eve here! At first, we arranged a connecting room with only one door, and the anti-theft lock was better than nothing. Since we were two girls traveling, we contacted the front desk to change rooms for safety reasons. Considering that it was New Year's Eve, we asked to make up the price difference if necessary, but we were told that there was no room to change (someone arrived with luggage during the communication, and the front desk said the room was not ready at the time). When I asked for a refund, the black male manager said that there was a room, but there was no view (but he didn't tell me there was noise), and we didn't want to move, so we accepted it. When we returned to the room to rest at more than twelve o'clock, we found that we couldn't sleep at all because of the noise of the hotel equipment (security said it was the air conditioner in other rooms). At more than two o'clock in the morning, we went to the front desk again, and the front desk only spread their hands and apologized! Another point is that the attitude of the front desk is bad, and the phone is always! No! Connected!

The staffs are sweet, friendly and there’s many of them. Hahah 🤍 🔺 there’s 2 pools which has AMAZING VIEW to the beach on the rooftop pool🥰 🔺The access to the barrier-free facilities room is also very convenient, and the room is very spacious 🔺 Excellent location on the busiest street👍🏻 🔺Bicycles are available for rent 🔻 Because it is close to the street, the noise of rooms facing the road may be slightly louder on weekends (but the scenery is really beautiful🥰)

Advantages: It was just renovated during the epidemic, the rooms are new, the design style is simple, bright and modern while maintaining the Art Deco style, and it is very eye-catching; there are two swimming pools, one on the ground and one on the roof, which is relatively rare in south beach. The rooms are large, which is unusual for historical buildings close to the beach. Disadvantages: The designer did not pay much attention to the comfort of the room. There is a serious lack of storage space such as cabinets, shelves, and drawers in the bedroom and bathroom, making it awkward to live in. The rooms are not well maintained. The front desk staff is unskilled and has a bad temper, which is out of character for everyone in the Hilton Group.
