Location is perfect, close walk to the beach, restaurants, stores & liquor store 😉. The concierge is amazingly friendly and helpful. Perk the pool is heated but only open to 9pm.
They provide wonderful connections and options for touring Miami & beyond.
I would definitely recommend it. I would definitely stay here again 😊

Request for assistance from trip.com for several faulty points in our room on arrival, light cleaning without the floor washed, faulty washer dryer, weak battery in the safe, paid parking during our stay… we were compensated at trip.com and the hotel manager were very kind and courteous in responding to us regarding our stay and parking at the hotel. Are all beautiful holidays in progress and all services and the beach on foot, no real need to come by car here because the buses are free on Miami Beach and it rarely rains here. Thank you Seaside Hotel, great location and great value for money despite prices going up everywhere in Miami for some time. The hotel offered us to wash our clothes in the evening at the reception because the closest laundry is 20 minutes away on foot… good choice of hotel and quiet neighborhood unlike South Beach.

Property is not very up to date. Staff were polite, especially their female desk clerk. Room was clean and spacious but I had a faulty tub drain so couldn’t soak like I wanted. Also, the elevator was broken.

The feeling is that it was once a great hotel. Nowadays it is in total decline. The facilities are very old and outdated. The bathrooms are very old, the shower is terrible, with no pressure and constantly leaking water. The breakfast is very poor, very bad, with no variety and very poorly served. The staff is attentive. The doors make a lot of noise when closing them. The wifi… non-existent.
For one night or two nights at most, for its price it may be worth it.

Review for Park Royal Miami Beach
I had a wonderful stay at Park Royal Miami Beach. The hotel was clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job with daily cleaning and towel replacement, which I greatly appreciated.
The pool is nice and well-maintained, but it operates only from 8 AM to 8 PM. It would be great if the hours could be extended for guests who want to relax in the pool later in the evening.
A big thank you for providing beach chairs for guests—this made our beach days so much more comfortable and enjoyable.
Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for the great service!

Booked for 2 days and only stayed for one day. Cancellation was cancelled the next day without Ctrip's consent. The room rate was refunded, but the hotel charged the resort fee for 2 days and should be charged for 1 day. Contacted and promised to withdraw, not yet in place. I found that I had overcharged more than 10 dollars, and contacted, saying that the operation was wrong, and also saying that I would retreat. It's been several days and it hasn't arrived yet.

The location is on North Beach, very close to the sea, just across the street! There are four or five streets in the dining area! The surrounding environment is definitely not as good as the Lincoln Mall near 16th Street. But the price is reasonable, parking is convenient. There is a problem, the hotel address provided by Ctrip is not the address of the hotel check-in, the front desk is at collins ave 7500. After checkin, the rooms that may be allocated are in different buildings on different streets!

I had a good time there. The room had a nicer smell than manny places in Miami.
But as others say, bedsheet is kind of dirty, better don’t looks to there exactly. Worst is resort fee. Thx to Trip they helped me. You see the price and in the end it’s half of it more , because of „resort fee“. I think they know before you stay in the resort so the fee for maybe the pool o never went, can be included in the price. Second worst is threat there is disclaimed a kitchen and there is just NOTHING about it 😅😅 but room had good smell, kind people who do good service , they clean the room. So not that horrible as some people say.

Resort fee of 35 dollars per night and parking fee (if needed) need to be paid at the front desk. One of the top hotels in Miami Beach, the only one is not far from South Beach (South Beach is close to the commercial street and Club), within 15 USD by taxi
