Without a front desk, the check-in is done by back and forth emails and online submission. It is very unfriendly to visitors.😭 Also, the room is not tidied up during my visit. No coffee or towels replacement.😒 The motion sensor ceiling light is extremely annoying. When I want it on, it is off, and vice versa.😱 😑 If it costs only 60 dollars, the same as a bargain airbnb, then no one would complain. Not worthy at all!"

"1. Hotels near the airport are actually quite far from the airport. 2. The hotel's facilities are not good. The air conditioner is inside the room and it is very noisy. I had to unplug it before I could sleep. 3. There is a paid shuttle bus to take you to the Miami Port to take the cruise ship, which costs $16 per person 4. Robby is not big. It has a swimming pool and a gym, but they are not very big and are only used for transit."
