You should keep in mind that this building is undergoing renovations, and therefore for this apartment you will not be able to access the balcony and there will be a transparent cover between December 2026 and August 2027. Early check-in / late check-out available upon request (fees apply) Daily housekeeping available upon request (extra charge) This is a privately-owned suite inside the W Hotel Icon Brickell. Guests have access to the same world-class amenities as hotel guests.Guests need to send their government picture ID to the host for their registration.
