The location is good, but they don't allow cancellations for reasons beyond our control.

Reasonably priced, with a paid shuttle service to the cruise terminal, and close to attractions.

The hotel's location is excellent, right between the old and new downtown areas. It's next to a free monorail station, and just a short walk to the beach and river, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Plus, there's a Whole Foods supermarket directly across the street. The room facilities are a bit dated, and staying on the second floor meant quite a bit of traffic noise from the street.

Great location and the room was very spacious. The restaurant offers complimentary hot water, and there's a swimming pool and a gym. My only complaint is that I booked a twin room but was given a king-size room instead, without any explanation, and I'm still working with Ctrip to get this sorted out. The deposit refund was also a bit slow. Apart from that, everything else was good.
