The place definitely need a proper renovations as signs of wear & tear are everywhere. From the hotel reception to the room. The room given to us was below the 4 star hotel rating marks on the carpet, chairs and walls are very obvious and delapidated toilet needs a very good refurb. It is not worth the hotel price and the parking fee per day is a rip off.

The hotel is located on an island in the lake right across from the airport, with a free shuttle bus running every half hour between the hotel and the airport, which is quite convenient. However, precisely because of its proximity, the noise is excessive. Our room faced the airport runway and train tracks, and the frequent airplane takeoffs were very loud. The room facilities are quite old and poorly maintained; the furniture and carpet showed significant wear and tear. Service was inconsistent; some staff were friendly, while others were cold and rude. Efficiency and professionalism were also lacking. Upon check-in, the room had two bottles of shampoo but no body wash, and one bottle of drinking water had already been opened. I called the front desk twice, but no one came to replace them even by the time we checked out two days later.

Hotel is overlooking the airport runway and the water. Good oversized parking lots (paid parking), lots of cruise passangers park their car here. We enjoyed the walk around the hotel next to the water. The room we stayed was a little bit dated, though was quiet and pleasant.

This hotel was just a 10-minute drive from the airport, so I booked it for one night since I had an early 7 AM flight. It's a pretty standard hotel, a bit old-fashioned perhaps, and the facilities are a little dated, but I didn't have high expectations for a one-night stay. They offer a shuttle service to and from the airport every half hour, no prior booking needed. We took the 5:30 AM shuttle; when we got to the door at 5:26 AM, there was already a long line of guests waiting to get on, each with at least one suitcase. I thought we'd have to wait for the next one, but the driver was amazing. He stacked everyone's luggage one by one in the back, and incredibly, managed to fit all twenty-plus suitcases! We arrived at the airport right on time.

Friendly staff. A little bit far from the airport, and waited 45 minutes for the shuttle bus…

Check in was fast, room was clean and toilet is clean. Overall very good experience stayed.

Hotel is well maintained and staff is ok. Not the best Hotel but great option for price

I always thought Hilton is a very high end hotel. I was totally disappointed upon arriving at this property. It looks very outdated and rundown. Toilet is way too low in the washroom. I didn't know gratuity of 15% is automatically included when I made a purchase at the lobby Herb N' Kitchen. That caught me by surprise. Free shuttle between hotel and airport is the biggest factor for me to book this hotel.

The swimming pool and gym were awesome! Super close to the airport!

Hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfy. The staff were great, really helpful at all times, and the location was beautiful, although difficult to walk to anywhere from.

Great location, great amenities, but this time the hot tub was broken but otherwise great!

The hotel has an excellent location just next to Airport, perfect for business travelers particularly in my case that needed to hold meetings in this area. The hotel staff is excellent too. Highly recommended, definitely i will be back anytime i am in Miami. 

Need some TLC , outdated , breakfast is great , but they charge for parking regardless

The hotel was ok but the room was an average. There was not a very nice view as we expected from its name.
