Pre-cruise hotel. Airport shuttle n free breakfast. Call for free shuttle services, Airport n local mall. 20min. walk to local mall for restaurants n shopping. Sign up for cruise port shuttles $15pp. or use Lyft/Uber $20 (before 9:45am) depending on demand. 15min. from the airport and about 25min. to port of Miami cruise terminals.

Got to Miami had a room right away  Coming off ship had to wait 2 hrs for a room but it gave me a chance to eat and go outside for a smoke and coffee which was great  Highly recommended  Will be going back

I do not recommend this hotel. The room smelled horrible. It had a musty smell. They charge $20 per night to park. This was not disclosed until I was at check in. They wouldn’t print me a receipt and when I received the emailed receipt, I had been overcharged for the parking bi was there for less than 24 hours and was charged $44.

I have a good day with my family, very clean and the customer service team was very helpful and friendly

The hotel stay was okay, however having showers and found the shower gel was empty and not been refill by housekeeping. At 10pm no housekeeping available until tomorrow morning, no other alternatives for 3 of us to have shower after a long hot day walking visiting Miami. Very uncomfortable. Next morning compliant to the duty manager, he was very apologetic but he mentioned that because our booking was through 3rd party (Trip.com) he can't do anything ie a compensation (money off). Very disappointed. Breakfast is excellent.

The front desk reception was great. The man that checked us in (Micheal?) was extremely friendly and helpful in giving us an overview of the hotel and places to eat, etc. Later on while we were at the bar, he walked around and passed out complimentary snacks and even remembered our names. He was the best part of our visit. The hotel was very nice and was clean. We did purchase shuttle tickets to the cruise port for 12 noon. The overall shuttle process was confusing and people were unsure of where to go and which shuttle to get on. Our shuttle did not leave until 12:30, but we did arrive in time to make our boarding time.

The hotel is overpriced, especially for elevators that are out of order and having only one person at the front desk. We looked at having breakfast there until we were told it was $20 + dollars per person, which is ridiculous after spending $200 + for one night. We will not be staying there again. In addition, none of the employees smiled or responded to hello or good morning. No thank you.

The rooms drastically need to be refreshed.  The electrical outlets so worn out whatever you plug in the socket falls out.  Only one ISB port Im entire room.  Food is so so.
