YVE Hotel Miami

The room was tiny, with barely enough space to move around, but it was clean and tidy. What was unbearable was how loud the air conditioning unit was; I couldn't sleep and eventually had to turn it off. I had arranged with the front desk to store my luggage for free on the day of departure, but they would charge $10 per bag, or $30 for three bags, if stored overnight. I planned to drop it off at 5 AM the next day and pick it up at noon on the third day. However, when I arrived at the front desk at 5 AM with my luggage, the same staff member who had made the promise acted as if our previous agreement never happened. When I reminded him, he changed his story, claiming the hotel couldn't store luggage overnight. I was speechless. Why do Americans act like this?

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Bayfront, and the room has a great window view. The cleanliness is good, but the bathroom is very small and cramped. The mattress is a bit old and squeaky.

Great location and good value for money, right next to a park and the beach.

The hotel environment is clean and comfortable overall, with excellent facilities and prompt service. The location is superb, offering a wide variety of dining options nearby and easy access to transportation. The only minor drawback was a slightly longer wait for the elevators during peak hours, but this didn't detract from the overall positive experience. I had a great stay.
