East Miami

I don’t understand why this is a 5 -star hotel. It was quite expensive, we went there during art week and we didn’t have much to choose from. But I read good reviews about this hotel and decided to give it a go. The rooms were smaller than pictured. They gave us a connecting room and we could hear the neighbors- there was not much privacy. The hardware of the bar installed on the shower door came off, and they just put the hardware on the counter without fixing it, and the bar almost came off and fell on my feet. Hair from previous guests was also found on the drain. However, the restaurants are not bad, we had room service a couple of times and were quiet satisfied with the food.

This has been and is my favorite hotel in Miami! The location is in the center of Brickell right next to the mall. So it’s possible to walk around. I love the location! The amenities are amazing! I love the pool, I love the gym and the restaurants and bars as well. The rooms are super clean and have a beautiful aesthetic! The entire hotel smells amazing and looks luxurious and amazing as well. You can rent the city bikes for free and have amazing views from the balcony. The rooms are spacious. The staff is very kind! By far my favorite hotel in Miami!
