I loved the beautiful artwork on the building. When I entered my room everything was clean. There were a couple of small issues with the shower handle coming off. But the matter was quickly addressed by the handyman. It was fixed within the hour. That was fast! The customer service was stellar! Any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed.
I will definitely book with this location again!

I had a bad experience due to the fact that they ask to send pictures of my credit card wich I already give numbers to ******* to make the reservation. But they insisted wanted the pictures of the sides wich as everyworld knows can be possible to be used as scam by whoever get it!!!

I was a little confused when I arrived as there was no office for me to check in, but then I realized I had an email from the property stating that there is no office, there is a code for the room and that's all you need. The room was small but it was perfect for me and my wife as we were only planning on sleeping there and exploring Miami. The bathroom curtain was a little short so water splashed out of the shower and I wish there was a window or some kind of ventilation in the bathroom. Parking was very tight as it is a small lot that can fit maybe 5 cars.

Property fits the descriptions. Host were VERY responsive and provided helpful food recommendations. The parking was difficult to find. I recommend they add a sign to let guest know where to find the parking. Convenient location. Restaurants and bars in walking distance. Overall, the stay was comfortable. The one only thing that was unpleasant was the roaches in the property. I recommend a frequent exterminator

The property was central to Wynwood and Midtown which were all the places I needed to be.
Normally I would stay at the AC Marriot but decided to explore a new neighborhood.
Don’t be turned off by the empty lots because they’re really starting to build up the area. Also don’t be turned off by the construction because it’s not loud at all.
5-10 min walk to get into the middle of the Wynwood neighborhood which is awesome within itself.
The property was clean and email communication was instant.
Nothing else I could ask for. It was perfect for me.
