Tru by Hilton Miami West Brickell

The pool was unusable. Apparently, they informed all guests except for us 🫠. The air conditioning was a disaster; even with the thermostat off, it kept turning on, and the noise was unbearable. However, I want to give a special shout-out to Abel. He was incredibly kind and friendly to us the entire time. He was constantly working and definitely deserves a raise.

Getting our room was a real struggle. Other local guests who arrived after us got their key cards right away, but we had to keep asking the two women at the front desk – one Black, one White, like a pair of 'black and white fiends' – why we still hadn't received ours. Their arrogance was palpable. Thankfully, the two staff who came on shift later that evening were much better and even greeted us proactively. As for the room itself, it's no exaggeration to say the bathroom's glass door was literally falling apart. Big thanks to Trip.com's complaint supervisor, employee ID 715572, who patiently helped us communicate and coordinate. Your hard work is much appreciated! 👍

Stayed one night for a cruise. The hotel is close to the city center, simple, clean, and quite new overall. The air conditioning in the room was very strong. The staff were very friendly and gave helpful advice.

Our flight arrived early, and the front desk staff promptly arranged our check-in. Breakfast was still being served, and they kindly allowed us to eat. When we went out, the staff even helped me book an Uber. Choosing to stay here was a wise decision.

The hotel was fantastic! The bedding was super comfortable, and there was an open field in front where you could see the sunrise. The breakfast was standard but good, with homemade pancakes, scrambled eggs with sausage, and rich orange juice.

The neighborhood is very quiet, and the hotel lobby has a fresh and bright design. There's a small supermarket in the lobby, a Shell convenience store across the street, and a pizza restaurant next door. You can take a bus to connect to the monorail and explore Bayside Market.

The room had a great view. The hotel's location was also good, and the cleanliness was acceptable. Plus, there's free 24-hour coffee in the lobby.
