Yotel Miami

The hotel is in the city center which is near Bayside, it is very convenient.

I stayed at this hotel recently and was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. When I checked the bed, I noticed dirt and mud on the bedding, which was unacceptable. After sleeping there, I developed red spots on my right arm, which caused me concern about the hygiene standards. While the staff were polite, the condition of the room did not meet my expectations. I hope the hotel improves its cleaning procedures to ensure a safer and more comfortable experience for future guests.

Excellent Location , Great Service but very less breakfast option and staff need to be more polite

We could not find the hotel after 2 phone calls, 1 text and 6 attempts. Some of the staff have not been helpful. The bed is too high for the elderly man and no chair in which he can sit

I love the Yotel hotel chain. The room was clean and had everything one might need for a short stay. The location is unbeatable. We only had an issue with the freezing cold air conditioning that could not be turned off, but we got prompt help from the hotel staff.
