I can't believe how many amazing things this hotel offered! 1. The location is absolutely fantastic, similar to Shanghai's Xintiandi. It's right across from the Miami Freedom Tower, and downstairs there are all sorts of bars, restaurants, and shops. 2. Right outside the door is a free Miami Metromover station – I need to emphasize this three times: Miami's Metromover is FREE! Plus, it's a very short walk to the Bayside Marketplace. 3. Even better, since we flew in from Phoenix (there's a three-hour time difference in the US), we arrived at the hotel before 8 AM. We just planned to store our luggage, but to our surprise, the front desk attendant saw how far we'd traveled and immediately arranged a room for us to check in! The hotel breakfast is also good, and the price is reasonable. Highly recommended!

The hotel offers good overall value for money. The only downside is that the bathroom does not have proper ventilation; otherwise, there were no issues at all.

Our family stayed in the heart of Miami, and we got to see the beautiful Miami Beach from here. It was also convenient to have a microwave in the hotel room.

Good and convenient location. The room was small but was designed well. Windows are sound proof but you can still hear the traffic outside from time to time.

The staff are friendly and helpful. only thing is that it is next to a construction site and can get noisy during the day.

This was my second time there with my family. We spent a week there. The Elser has truly become our second home. Their staff is amazing. George at the front desk goes above and beyond. John, our bellman is very nice as well. He kept us entertained with his jokes and stories. The view from the room is marvelous!!! Truly a gem!

The location is good and bad. It is near the government center transfer station and the shops near the old town close very early. It is very close to the cruise terminal.

Room: Large and spacious, well maintained and clean. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, and fresh towels given daily. We were staying next to the gym and pool area, and unfortunately it was quite noisy at time. We were happy to have a balcony, however, there was no view from it at all as it was blocked. Room was quite dark, could have done with some more light fixtures. Big TV in room, however, even though it is a smart TV, it doesn’t connect to devices. Bring a HDMI cable if you want to stream shows. Pool and gym: Larger than the images, quiet in the morning but busy around midday to afternoon. Not very many sun loungers, but pool area and pool itself was clean and there were plenty of complimentary pool towels, although they run out when it is busy. Limited facilities at the gym, just a couple of treadmills and weights. One of the treadmills was broken, but gym towels were provided, and the area feels new and clean. Staff: Front desk were always very helpful, and available. We did have to ask twice about replacing toilet roll and towels, however it was sorted, even though it was late at night. Location: Very central, walking distance to all the Brickell city centre cafes and restaurant. Close to transport links which take you around Miami from Brickell Station. Surrounding area felt safe, especially as two young women travelling. Bar located on the 24th floor has great views and a great area to work or grab a drink. Although it is part of a different hotel, staff were very happy to give us access to visit it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo, would really recommend, and it is great value for money.

First time in Miami and I picked a great hotel! The view is stunning, and the staff are incredibly friendly. They proactively helped me with my luggage, carrying it up and down, and even refused a tip. Thank you so much! Amazing, amazing, amazing!
