We waited 45 minutes for the shuttle to the airport. They dropped us off at the wrong location, and then realized that we should go to a different Comfort Inn 2 blocks away. When we arrived, there were a few people outside the entrance smoking pot - I don't know if they were employees or guests. The room was fairly clean, but the property overall needed lots of maintenance and cleaning (halls, elevator, eating areas). The free breakfast was OK, but they ran out 30 minutes early. The property offered a shuttle to the cruise port, but did not have room on it for us. The counter person said Comfort Inn would reimburse us for an Uber to the cruise port and gave us an email address to forward the Uber receipt. They have not reimbursed us. All in all, the property was just OK.

T he shuttle only came on the hour and doesnt start running until 6:00. We have an early morning flight and will have to use a taxi because the shuttle will not get us there in time.

This property really worked out well for me before a cruise. I came the night before and they're comfortable night sleep. Comfort inn picked me up at the airport. Next day they took me to the port. Everything was as expected, no. Frills no. Disappointments

Location is good to get to the airport. Free shuttle service is convenient, but if you have your own vehicle, the on site parking is limited.

Hotel was nice. Close to airport, which is what we needed.
But front desk person was asleep at desk and security even tried waking him up. He finally did wake up so I could check in. Lol

Was difficult to find the right hotel since there are two comfort Inn's. The shuttle driver from the airport was rude. The water pressure in the shower could be better.
The shuttle to the cruise port was excellent! The driver was very friendly and courteous. Was impressed how detailed he was with the luggage, and organizing all the suitcases.
Would definitely use this hotel again because of the shuttle services provided from the airport and to the cruise port.

Great for transporting to cruise ships. Late check in person didnt follow through and do his job. Causing issues with our rooms.

In general everything was fine and things looked clean but the carpets in the rooms need cleaning. After walking around barefoot for awhile, our feet were nearly black.
