Perfect layover hotel with airport shuttle and hearted pool, much needed relaxing night between 2 long hauls, appreciate the great hospitality

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the standard room, which looked quite like a junior suite. Everything was functioning and clean. Bed was king-size and comfortable. Every staff member was kind, efficient, and courteous. The shuttle service to the airport was punctual and friendly. The restaurant was able to accommodate food allergies, and I had a good meal. It's the perfect hotel to stay at when transiting through Miami airport.

A hotel's impression is built on the little details, and the hotel gets it all wrong. I only recommend staying there if you truly have nowhere else to stay. 1. Booking a transfer from the airport. We told them our arrival time and flight details, and explained that we didn't have a local number to call the driver. They eventually suggested calling us via WhatsApp, but the driver, it turned out, doesn't read messages and doesn't answer. An attempt to book through the website was also unsuccessful—it was rejected because there were no available drivers. After 40 minutes of trying, we ACCIDENTALLY met our transfer, as it was picking up guests from the hotel. 40 minutes! 2. When ordering room service, our order... was lost. We ended up waiting two hours for our sandwiches. The hotel didn't even apologize in any way. 3. The coffee table in the deluxe suite was broken (as if someone had dropped something on it). I hope the hotel won't charge us a deposit for furniture we didn't break. 4. Our included breakfast was also lost. So, we had to wait for the hotel to sort it out. 5. The airport transfer was told at reception that it was leaving in 7 minutes. We went downstairs 5 minutes later, and right before our eyes, the transfer was gone. Only, apparently looking at my furious face, did the staff return the transfer, and we finally made our flight.

A very nice hotel, perfect staff, however, it's a shame the room service is so basic. The food was decent, but everything was served on a single tray, without extra salt, ketchup, etc. In short, it's a shame because the hotel itself is perfect, but the room service needs to improve.

I think this is the only time I am willing to comment on an airport hotel after staying abroad so many times. The hotel is clean, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is large, the service is good, and it is convenient to catch a flight. It is worth recommending to everyone

停車場免費，這點超級棒，我們把車停在酒店，然後公交遊的邁阿密 酒店有泳池和健身房，健身房裡可以接飲用水，房間裏有免費的礦泉水 我們沒有要房間打掃，所以每天去健身房接水 冰箱裏全是需要消費的產品，約等於用不了這個冰箱 房間挺大的，挺好，開車可以去沃爾瑪買吃的

非常好的酒店，位置好、房間很寬敞、很乾凈，衞生間淋浴有多種選擇，床鋪也舒服，很有檔次的酒店，下次還會選擇EB。這個價位如果再有早餐就更加物有所值了。
