The room was very clean and comfortable. Parking was very convenient and free. I'll definitely come back again.

The hotel was very convenient for getting around, the front desk staff were very friendly, and the hotel rooms were clean and tidy.

I bought a discounted room, but there's a KTV downstairs, and it's incredibly noisy. A discounted room shouldn't be that cheap—only 100 yuan a night! They said it had no window, but didn't mention the noise at all. When I asked the front desk, they said they couldn't do anything about it during the KTV's normal operating hours on weekends unless I paid extra to upgrade. When I asked how much, they said 80 or 180 yuan. Why wouldn't I just stay in a better hotel? The app showed a business room for 142 yuan. I reasonably suspect the KTV and hotel have a deal to force customers to upgrade. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here on weekends or holidays.

The room was poorly soundproofed, and there was a karaoke bar right next door that kept me up all night. The room was tiny, the decor was outdated, and the toiletries were subpar.

Maybe it was because we stayed in a special room without windows. The front desk informed us that there was no window, and we could accept it. But the most unacceptable thing is that there is a KTV above your head. It was all singing sounds. We sang until after 1 o'clock. We booked a special room, but if we had been told that there was someone singing in that room at night, we would have definitely changed the room. Booked 2 rooms. I really didn’t sleep at all, it was so painful.

Extremely bad. Loud noise, poor network, terrible service.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that the rooms had no windows and that I had to pay extra for windows. However, the windows in the rooms I paid for could not be opened. The next morning, there was no cold water in the bathroom.
