整個名宿服務人員都看不到兩個，服務態度極差，去之前在網上定好的3個房間錢都付了第二天直接給我退回打電話去平台説房間滿了，結果用另一個手機號打電話去前台問説有房間我再次進入平台定就漲價了，簡直無語作地起價，我又再次進入平台進去定了兩間房間，我另一個朋友在去的頭一天通過高德進入比我晚一天定了一個400多的房間比我600多兩個房間還大簡直無語到極點，更奇葩的是我們去住的當天整個名宿就我們定了三個房間其他房間全部空起的，網上掛起房間還説房間緊缺得很😂簡直套路深啊

下雨了讓服務員拿把傘都不拿，讓我們淋雨去前台拿，而且酒店也沒有自己的停車場，衹能停在一塊公共的地方，後去的車堵在前面的車。隨時都需要挪車很麻煩的。，房間設計有缺陷。上2樓居住很容易摔跤，好恐怖。廁所沖涼，水也排不出去，很容易滑倒，設計非常不合理，洗手間和沖涼的地比幾十塊錢的旅店還差，去住過就知道了。去過的人絕對不會去第2次的，
