The hotel accommodation environment is good and the rooms are clean. The hot springs in the hotel are generally good, but the water quality needs to be improved. The breakfast dishes in the hotel are less and the taste is average. The hotel has free wifi and free parking. Fairly suitable for parent-child travel.

真正的硫磺温泉。雖然小，但是真。非常非常大的硫磺味。可能是節假日去的，衞生一般。這個酒店是園林式的，樓與樓直接隔得比較遠，挺安靜，房間設施也很新，給人的感覺就是小而美。早餐的米粉很好吃。有機會還會再去！

早餐後在酒店漫步，路遇兩衹同在散步的鵝，我們入住的1號樓3樓的房間比較乾淨，洗漱用品為歐舒丹，美中不足之處兩個枕頭都偏高，影響睡眠。

感覺還是不專業哈，應該主動告知早餐地點，講解房內設施和注意事項等，但是服務態度是很好的！這點很好哈～這個花園私湯完全符合我的設想，有個小院子真的很巴適！我們房間的電動窗簾壞了，説要給我們升級到套房，但是因為這個小院子還是沒有換，總之是比較滿意的，應該會再來！

我們八個大人四個小朋友週末的時候入住了啟明星酒店。本來一直是住北川維斯特的，但是因為維斯特温泉檢修我們就換了這家啟明星。整體來説，酒店本身是不錯的，內部環境很好，房間很乾凈，實木的房間內部裝飾，讓人覺得很放鬆很舒服，晚上也很安靜，酒店的衞生也做得很好，服務人員的態度也很好。
但是，特別讓人鬱悶的是酒店最應該重視的温泉反而體驗感很差！温泉泡池比較少，然後泡池的水質真的太差了，非常的臟，泡温泉期間居然看到同時泡温泉的老大爺老婆婆在那裡搓腳，摳死皮，吐痰， 真的太無語了，再也不想泡温泉太噁心了。而這居然沒有工作人員來制止他們，提醒他們。 導致泡池裡面水面上漂浮一層厚厚的東西，就是身體上搓下來的泥。太噁心了， 強烈建議酒店方， 重點搞搞温泉， 解決這種不文明問題， 要麼勤換水。

這趟旅行本來安排挺好的，卻被一個所謂的房間升級給攪亂了，不得不吐一下槽。本來定了一個標間，前台入住告知，給我們房間升級了，本來挺高興的，當天入住沒有任何異常，離温泉池也挺近的。結果第二天早上六點過，開始出現噪音，無法繼續睡，就起來去查看，天吶！房間牆壁外面盡然是一根掛在牆上的排煙管道，震動噪音整整持續到上午九點過。你們就這麼忽悠顧客，豁一個算一個，關鍵是其他類似房間還有那麼多沒人住，真太媽的噁心。真是第一次來就不會來第二次。
