Exceptional service always shines through! I was heading to Tangjiahe to see wildlife, and Mianyang was the most convenient transfer point. I wanted a hotel near the station. I hadn't heard of Baden Hotel before, but seeing its 4.8 rating on Ctrip and the affordable price, I figured it wouldn't be too bad – so I booked it! From the station, it's about an 8-minute walk if you turn left and keep going. The Shenzhou Car Rental pickup point was also conveniently located along the way! Check-in was very efficient, and my pre-requested non-smoking and quiet room preferences were both met. The room even had a pillow menu and silent earplugs, which was a very thoughtful touch. The carpet in the guest corridor was new and clean; I asked and found out it had only been replaced a few months ago. Before dinner, the front desk recommended Yang Feichang Chinese Restaurant nearby. On my way out, I met a concierge staff member, who was dressed impeccably and behaved courteously, and helpfully gave me directions. Breakfast was abundant, and the bakery items were particularly outstanding – expertly made. They even had a few types of sourdough bread and I spotted honeycomb honey, which you usually only occasionally see at five-star hotels. Even more surprising, after I ordered rice noodles at the live cooking station, a restaurant employee proactively offered to bring it to my table. Their attitude was warm and friendly. This level of service far surpasses many five-star hotels in bigger cities! When checking out, I accidentally left a bag of fruit in the room. Just two minutes after leaving the hotel, I received a call from housekeeping, saying they would bring it down to me immediately. Warm, professional, efficient, and excellent value for money. The 4.8 rating is well-deserved! Highly recommended!

On the second night of our stay, right before bed, we noticed a few mosquitoes. We initially thought it was just one or two, but then we looked at the ceiling and saw them everywhere – many weren't even mosquitoes, probably over 30 in total. We called the front desk at 1 AM, and they seemed quite dismissive, not even coming to check the room. After two calls, the hotel suggested we switch rooms. To our dismay, the new room also had a lot of mosquitoes. Only after strongly insisting did they find a can of insect repellent. After half an hour of spraying, the duvet and floor were covered in dead mosquitoes and other flying insects. We asked if they could change the sheets and pillowcases, but that was a whole other story – there was no housekeeping staff available, and even though the security guard was diligent, he wasn't trained for housekeeping duties. I honestly recommend installing mosquito screens; it's astonishing to have so many flying insects and mosquitoes on the 23rd floor.

The room was set for my relatives. The next day they said whether this was four or five hundred. In fact, I was still very happy in my heart. It showed that they were very satisfied with their stay. After the relatives came to the family, they would still choose to stay here. The little girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic, and there was hot mineral water. The two days have been a bit cooled down, very intimate, the room I took a look when I picked up the guests, it was quite big, the environment was quiet, very suitable for our elderly people

I came to this hotel on a business trip with my friends. The overall feeling of it being newly opened is very good. The beef noodles for breakfast are also delicious. The staff have good attitudes. The rooms are also neat and clean, as if they are all new. The location of the hotel is in the former Golden Bamboo Garden. It’s very convenient. There are CapitaLand and Changhong International Plaza nearby, and there are a lot of things to eat and do! The hotel also has free parking, free laundry and other services. Breakfast can also be delivered to the room, but I just went down to eat, so there is no need to bother! At around 100 yuan, it’s really cost-effective. Although it is not five-star, it is very good for this price. I am very satisfied and will come with my friends next time I go on a business trip!

I specifically came here in January to see the seagulls. The location is very convenient, and there's a laundry room. It's only 3 kilometers by taxi to Sanjiang Peninsula, which makes getting around with kids easy. Plus, there's the popular Julong Claypot restaurant right across from the hotel. The only minor downside is that the room is a bit small, but everything else is great. I'll definitely be back.

The front desk service was good and patient. Whether it was about the room, boiling water, or borrowing a fruit knife, the response was quick. The room was very clean, and the bedding was also clean, which my mother was particularly satisfied with. Living on the fourth floor facing the street, it was indeed not noisy with the windows closed. It was also very convenient to walk to the train station. In short, it was a pleasant stay, recommended!

The toilet, sink, etc. in the bathroom are wiped clean without any sanitary dead corners. The whole room gives people a refreshing and comfortable feeling. It is very convenient to issue invoices. Just reserve the invoice information and send it directly to your email after it is issued. The service is impeccable. From the moment we stepped into the hotel lobby, the staff greeted us with a friendly smile and took the initiative to help us with our luggage. When checking in, it was fast and the process was simple. During your stay, if you have any needs, just call the front desk and they will respond and resolve them promptly. When checking out, the staff also kindly reminded us to check our belongings, which made us feel very warm. Breakfast was rich and varied. There are Chinese-style buns, fried dough sticks, and porridge, as well as Western-style bread, cakes, and coffee. The food is fresh and delicious, with a balanced nutritional balance, which can meet the taste needs of different people. The restaurant environment is elegant and the waiters will clean the tables in time to ensure a clean dining environment. I was also given some warm water when I checked out, haha. All in all, this stay was perfect and I will choose this hotel again when I come here in the future. Highly recommended to everyone!

The receptionist was very welcoming and knew the area well, even showing me how to park! This hotel was probably the best I've stayed at in Mianyang; the rooms were great, and the parking lot was large and convenient. I'll definitely stay here again. Thumbs up!

I stayed at the Jinjiang International Hotel for six consecutive days during my exhibition in Mianyang. I have to give a special shout-out to their laundry service. They offer complimentary self-service laundry, as well as a paid dry-cleaning service. My suits were returned to my room perfectly pressed and on time every day, and even my shirt cuffs were impeccably starched. The breakfast spread was extensive, and they even had freshly made Mianyang rice noodles, which kept me energized all day. Most importantly, the internet connection was incredibly stable; I never experienced any lag during video conferences. The business center was also a great help, printing out my meeting materials. I asked Doreen at the front desk for printing paper several times and practically used up a whole ream, which I felt a bit embarrassed about. The location is also excellent, only a ten-minute drive to the exhibition center. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for next year's exhibition.

The overall stay was satisfactory, the travel was convenient, the room facilities were complete, the hygiene was clean, the view was very good, and it was very convenient to issue invoices and check out at the front desk.
