Tru by Hilton Middleburg Heights Cleveland Airport

Poor check in. Not staff fault. System fault. Room was ech chamber for every noise in the hallway and adjoining rooms. Bed was very comfy. Bathroom was clean except for certain areas. Toilet set sat crooked and would slide over while seated on. Breakfast was gross. Eggs soggy and oily feel in mouth. No oatmeal because staff couldn’t figure out how to make. Yogurt machine empty so staff member came from behind Front Desk, where she was touching all kinds of things, did not put on gloves, open the machine, squished a bag around, touched the tip of the tube that the yogurt comes out of with dirty hands and then put it back together, close it, and said here you go. Another staff member had a girlfriend hanging around with them while they were cleaning common areas. Very unprofessional, underwhelming and NOT worth the price.

Rooms laid out nicely. Shower pressure and temperature excellent. Very convenient to airport rental car return.

One of the desk workers was absolutely awful....the power went out for my first night that I was supposed to check in so I never was able to check in obviously so they called me a no show when I was there 2 different times to see if their power came back on....so she called her manager came up with other excuses for 30 min then proceeded to tell me she had no room available for my second night that I had a reservation for...I want my money totalling refunded so we will see if thst happens!!

The room was very clean-maybe the cleanest hotel that I’ve stayed at. The beds were very comfortable unlike many other places. I had an excellent nights sleep. Breakfast was only until 9:00, but other than that it was a great stay.

Everything was very clean and well kept. The room itself was small but well stocked. Breakfast being from 6-9 on a Sunday I thought was odd and the choices were decent. But overall a good stay.

Nice staff, good room, delicious continental breakfast. Tru hotels are very dependable.

Everything was ok except that room was not made by room service in the whole 9 nights we stayed.

I booked a king bed and paid for a king bed but was put in a room with 2 queens.

Beautiful hotel. Clean , comfortable. Checking was flawless the kind gentleman was very helpful and friendly.
