Quality Inn Cleveland Airport

They don’t clean the rooms. Floors were disgusting, dirty and sticky with hair and dirt from prior visitors. Bathroom was even worse. Pillows and sheets were stained. The first room before we switched smelled of **** so badly we had to change rooms even after trying to air the (non smoking) room out all day. Then that night someone literally got access to our room and at 2 am opened our door because the front desk gave them access.  Manager not on site to assist. I am surprised the health department hasn’t given them warnings already. I don’t leave bad reviews and I don’t complain about things but this was above and beyond neglectful.

The coffee maker didn't work in the room.

There were cockroaches in the rooms. Trash was piled at bottom of stairs that were the access to rooms.

Not bad for the price. The curtains were too narrow to shut all the way so I woke up several times because light was coming in. Also a bit loud but I guess that’s to be expected.

A passing hotel, but it is very worn out, it has no cleaning and everything smells of chlorine. You can perfectly hear the noise of the cars passing through the Avenue, noisy

Room was fine a little outdated. Bed was comfortable. WiFi was spotty. For the price the room was fine biggest issue was wifi.

The floor had not been swept. The bathroom had hair on the floor, a used soap on the ledge and hair in the tub. The pillows are thin and useless! And the bed did not seem fresh. The only good news was it was quiet and the breakfast was okay.
