OYO Bellevue Apartments Middlesborough

The accommodation was lovely and very clean, the only problem was that the staircase to upstairs was so tiny and steep, it was quite difficult getting my luggages up the stairs. Also I was made to pay a deposit of £50.00 before my code was given to me to unlock the door for entry. I was told that it would be refunded the next day after check out, it's been a week after I checked out but I haven't recieved any refund.

ABSOLUTELY nothing. I was denied entry into the hotel for hours claiming my booking I'd shows error. I was so stranded that I have to quickly look for another hotel

Difficult to check in… Got stuck under heavy rain.. Waited about 30 mins or so and needed to call OYO to sort out check in but room was decent

Oyo Apartments are amazing 7 star standards with 2 star pricing. Completely phenomenal. I had an amazing stay. Strongly recommend OYO

I booked this accommodation believing it had a private bathroom, only to find out after payment that it was an external shared bathroom. On arrival, the heating system was stuck at 7°C, and despite calling customer service repeatedly from 3pm to 8pm, nothing was done. The receptionist even switched off his phone, leaving me in freezing conditions. No guest should ever have to experience this level of neglect, especially in such harsh weather. The lack of transparency, care, and accountability is unacceptable. This experience has caused me significant stress and affected my mental health. I sincerely hope management takes responsibility and ensures that no other guest goes through this again.

Very nice room, recently renovated and very clean. All the amenities you need and steve (the host) goes out of his way to quickly remedy any issues. Stayed there for over 3 weeks in total now and its the only place id stay in Middlesbrough

Clean, fully provisioned. Overlooking a busy street junction.

Bedroom was cold, bathroom was hot. Bed very comfortable, brilliant shower. Bedroom window no blind so very bright. Would stay again as very clean.
