Premier Inn Eastbourne

Great hotel staff and breakfast. Only let down was lack of the normal Premier Inn coffee machine offering a variety of coffees at breakfast. Added to this we had the last of the fresh milk on our breakfast cereal. Every other Premier Inn we have stayed at has had a coffee machine do not spoil the ship for a halfpenny of tar Premier Inn!

We were pleased with our one night stay. The room was clean comfortable and all that we have come to expect of a Premier Inn. Staff were welcoming and we appreciated tea and coffee sachets being left for guests to use. We were disappointed with The Mill restaurant and will add a review on their website.

Very Basic but clean and comfortable with very friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone seemed to go out of their way to ensure I had a great experience. Pub next door is disappointing but the receptionist recommended the treacle mine in polegate. Fantastic food and service there but I still would preform this Premier Inn.

Recently stayed at this premier inn, what can I say it was a beautiful stay. Lovely new comfy beds very clean best weekend sleep I’ve had in awhile. Receptionist was very welcoming and had great knowledge of the surrounding area. The room assistant that dealt with me was very lovely and helped with my query. I loved the charity table in the lobby Thanks premier I look forward to seeing you again

This is such a lovely friendly Hotel, the team and management go above and beyond. We stayed here for a weekend away and loved it, the room was spotless and the bed comfy, ample parking and tea and coffee available, nothing was too much trouble

Very polite man on the desk, recommended next door to eat, nothing seemed to much trouble for him, room nice, warm and very clean all the way through and you can't beat a pi sleep., we will be down for breakfast tomorrow before we head back. Thank you

I was given an Accessible room, not what I booked. Room had bad damp smell. Window open on arrival to possibly air the room. Very noisy room. No sound proofing. Badly scuffed and chipped paintwork. Very dirty carpets in hallways. Breakfast was terrible. Cold coffee as coffee was machine turned off. 1 hour of service left. No fruit or juice. 1 yellow apple and two bananas. 3 yogurts and that was it. Extremely dirty table. Sticky and covered in bean juice and salt. 5 out of 12 tables needed clearing Staff walked passed multiple times without taking dirty plates away. Plates on tables for 15min When some tables were eventually emptied the lady had no spray cleaner and cleaned several tables with a damp blue cloth. Cutlery dirty. Sausage incredibly tough and dried out. Not edible. Nobody at reception on check out.

I've got osteo arthritis, so was happy to see the premier inn advert for this venue had a walk in shower unit shown. Sadly it was a lie. The usual bath with shower was in our room, so climbing in and out was a wee bit hazardous for me, plus theres no hand hold bars on the walls of the bath so had to hang on to the bathtowel frame at the foot of the bath to get in and out. PLUS:_ the room had indifferent heating system. Comprised of an electric fan heater on the wall by the window, and the heater control was on the wall by the bath room door. As it was one of the cold February nights, put the heating up to 21C, heater came on and then went off with the wall heating control showing it had reached 18C, and the d@@m thing would go above that number. a cold freezing night then followed, not impressed, not staying here again, and I have to visit the area every other month, so thats my custom moved to another hotel. NOT as advertised and NOT a "good night all"!!!
