The lady (staff member) is Chinese and very nice. She offers free luggage storage, so you don't have to worry about your arrival or departure times. The hygiene is also great. There's a private bathroom, so no need to share, and surprisingly, they even offer free breakfast bread, water, and coffee in the morning. Very thoughtful!

The Chinese family who owns this hostel treated me, a Japanese person, incredibly well. I'll definitely stay here again if I go to Milan. Thank you very much!

The Chinese management and operational staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and thoughtful, as were the local security guards at the entrance. The facilities are brand new and very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, within walking distance of Milan Central Station, and just four subway stops from the Duomo area. My portable slippers, which I'd brought from home, got lost right at the beginning of my trip. I was going to ask where I could buy some nearby, but the staff member directly offered me two pairs of slippers, which was an enormous help. Those portable slippers were originally shipped from China, and without them, the rest of my trip would have been incredibly inconvenient. So grateful!

Guys! I seriously can't recommend this place enough!!! This was originally just supposed to be a regular overnight layover in Milan, and I was planning on just making do, but I unexpectedly ended up staying in my dream accommodation 😂 First off, the location is excellent. It's only about two or three hundred meters from the metro station, which was super convenient even with luggage. Secondly, it was a room for four people, and it seems like it was recently renovated. The space was plenty big enough, and everything, especially the bathroom, was incredibly clean. It might just be the cleanest hostel bathroom I've ever seen! Even though it's a semi-basement space, the air conditioning was strong, and there was good air circulation, so it didn't feel stuffy at all! Most importantly, the service was fantastic! I arrived at 11 PM, and I'd informed the front desk in advance about my late check-in, which wasn't an issue at all. The next morning, there was a free breakfast provided, and the croissants were delicious! The staff member (a gentleman) even specifically asked if I wanted coffee, snacks, or drinks – he was incredibly warm and welcoming!! It really made me want to stay an extra night in Milan 😂

The hotel fully met my expectations. Check-in was quick and easy, and the entire team was very accommodating. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. I particularly appreciated the excellent service and the pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. The breakfast was also fresh and varied. I felt very comfortable during my stay and would gladly return.

Hotels in Milan were too expensive during the exhibition, so I just picked one for a transit stay and didn't expect it to be so comfortable. I checked in late, and my roommates were out. Just as I finished showering and was about to go to bed, they came back. I slept in a bit in the morning, and they had already checked out early, so it felt like I had a single room. The owner was really nice, helping me with my luggage, and when I couldn't find my room key, she didn't even charge me for it.
