It’s nice, clean and comfortable. Great location near the station, and the host was friendly and helpful. I had a pleasant stay here.

Friendly owner, did not really check out the amenities much. Shared bathroom with other rooms and close to the metro.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. Compared with other accommodations in the area, the price was very reasonable and offered excellent value for money. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed during my stay. What I appreciated most was the convenient location. There are three supermarkets nearby, ranging from small to large stores. One of the smaller supermarkets stays open until midnight, which was very convenient for buying groceries and daily necessities after returning late in the evening. There are also several cafés, restaurants, and public transportation options within walking distance. The M5 metro station is only about a 4-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. The host was friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and I was able to rest well every night. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay.

Nearby ponale station m5 About 10mins of slow walking Sharing toilet One a decent size, another one freaking small size I suppose they are China chinese host- many Chinese guest too 🤔 To them, no toilet after check out which is bad… dont even know what is the meaning of hospitality? First ever BNB it airbnb i stayed that said no toilet after checkout haha ( a china lady being rude attitude speaking in chinese thinking we dont know anything about chinese, lmao).. conclusion… for this price.. there are many more decent ones Rooms are dusty Ac remote had to special request hahaha
