Great service and clean hotels ! The staff were very friendly

Stayed 4 nights. Great location and walkable to most spots. Room is very basic. No amenities like water or coffee. Bathroom amenities very basic and their shower was so small, there was hardly any space. Very basic shower gel and no shampoo, get your own if you're particular. The housekeeping was on point and they did laundry which came back quickly the next day before I left for the day. Front desk did not seem very friendly and hotel closes at 11pm so don't forget the code. Parking is 5min away at $39 per 24 hours

Some Italian are charming some are unusual I sat of a plastic chair in the toilet and I am only 70 kilos and it broke into many piece Lucky I did not get hurt When the bill came they charge me 50 euro for a 10 euro plastic chair Pms do not allow humans older than 45 to stay there In all piece of **** hotel worth 2 stars max in a 4 star location Amen

Pity such a great location n beautiful building we find a hotel w old 2 star furnitures n cheapest plastic cups in the toilet. Sheets are clean though

Conveniently located this hotel is highly recommended. Walking distance from La Scala, Duomo and other landmarks of Milan

Good location and kind staffs. I stayed this hotel in winter but room was too hot. I could feel summer night in the winter.

When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk clerk said there was something wrong with the first floor and asked my two daughters and me to move to a hotel 36 minutes' walk away. My daughter went upstairs to use the restroom and passed by the first floor, only to find nothing wrong! This was terrible hospitality! We requested a refund for the difference in rent and transportation costs, and were able to get about HK$60 per person. However, a subway trip to the city center cost HK$22, and after exiting the subway station, we had to walk up a steep slope to the hotel. Dragging our luggage down that slope when leaving the hotel was a real pain! The luggage storage service at the Baviera Mokinba Hotel was also terrible. Guests were told to leave their luggage at the bottom of the stairs, where anyone could access it. The front desk clerk couldn't see this location, and there was no CCTV, and the staff didn't keep track of how many bags you had. It was completely up to your luck whether you'd run into a thief!

The room is very big and is located in the historical and cultural district of Milan. It is very convenient to go everywhere. The hotel is very safe and the housekeeper is very responsible. There is a very authentic Italian restaurant next to it

The hotel room facilities are very old, close to the tram tracks, and the noise is quite loud There is a delicious ice cream shop opposite

The service is too bad, they don't even provide slippers, and they can't boil hot water. They are too unfriendly to Chinese people.

The room is too small, the bathroom is a little small, basically two people can't stay at the same time, and the charging place is not good either, you can only charge in the bathroom, anyway, it is not recommended

We booked at the king mokinba hotel and were very happy to think that we were going to be central to everything tourist in Milan, when we arrived, the surprise that they had prepared for us with the hope of enjoying a few days in this city, they told us that they were sending us to their other Milan hotel “Baviera mokinba” because this one had a problem and they did not have rooms available, the supposed hotel was much further from the center on foot and thinking that we did not have to take public transportation they forced us to do it every day, paying for it ourselves. They did not have any details after the inconvenience (giving us transportation or inviting us to a buffet breakfast since we had not booked it) the least they should have done was notify us before our arrival at the hotel at least a day before and we were not happy By not doing so, they did not show any deference to this inconvenience. My mobility was reduced due to a discomfort in one foot that prevented me from walking much, so we paid for a more central (more expensive) hotel and in the end they accommodated us in another. A shame and an extra expense on my trip that was not my responsibility, really.
