Great location, very close to the Central Station and metro, making it easy to get around. The high floor offers nice views. The room is clean, tidy, and quite spacious, with basic kitchenware, a washing machine, and a dryer. Overall, it's a very good stay. The only minor issue is that the hotel entrance can be a bit hard to find and easily confused with another building. The actual entrance is on the back side of the building, a brown iron door that shares an elevator. Just ring the doorbell, and the elevator will take you to the basement (B1), where the front desk is on the right.

The hotel's front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room itself was clean and spacious, and its proximity to the central station was a huge plus. We also enjoyed some delicious Chinese takeout from nearby restaurants. I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Milan.

Amazing apartment clean and full equipped, location is good near to train station

Great experience with this flat. Location is great and with four people in family, the unit was spacious. Also clean and everything was well equipped and the receptionist, NaNa, was very kind and recommended good restaurants around the flat. Definitely I would come again in the future.

This was by far the best, most beautiful, and most comfortable room of our entire trip. We stayed on a high floor and enjoyed stunning views from the elevator. Its location near the train station was also incredibly convenient!

The room is spacious, and the living room sofa is large enough to sleep two. It comes with a washing machine, a kitchen, and tableware. The room is well-maintained and very clean. Most importantly, it's very close to the train station, and the surrounding area feels safe.

great location and amazing apartment, everything was clean and so elegantly designed

This apartment is within walking distance from Milano Centrale station. It is very convenient with tram, buses and rail. The apartment is very spacious and premium, renovation is new and comes with proper kitchen fitting, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.

We had a great stay. Do not expect the same service as the normal hotel or yet you will be disappointed. The room was clean and the size was great. 

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff were friendly. The place was spotlessly clean. The apartment was really big and we loved our skyline view from our bedroom. The location was a bonus, it’s only 3 stations away from Duomo Cathedral on the metro

excellence location and very close to the train station. staff are very friendly and helpful but front desk opening hours are not 24/7. so good luck if you have issues with the room during off hours.

10 mins walking from Milano central station, friendly staff. Apartment environment is so good for a family with kids. Only 2 things needs to improve it. One is not so easy to find check in location, you can find the entrance door but you don’t know how to get in, it’s better to put more information about it. Secondly, no instruction about oven, coffee machine or washing machine in English. Not so easy to figure out how to use it. Overall it’s a good property for staying.

We booked a one bedroom apartment but was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. Very modern and spacious apartment with 24 hours security. About 10 mins walk to Milano Centrale Station. Great Stay!
