The environment is great, and you can see the Duomo directly from the rooftop, which is pretty cool. Highly recommend everyone to stay here, truly. If your budget allows, just go for it – at this price, it's not even that expensive for being in the center of Milan!

The hotel's location is excellent, just a short 5-minute walk from the cathedral. The facilities are definitely old, but the room size is decent. I mainly chose it for the convenient location. A taxi from Milano Centrale train station cost 15 Euros.

The hotel is located in a restricted traffic zone, and its entrance is quite small, so I almost missed it the first time. The room facilities are a bit dated, and even the showerhead had grime on it. However, the liveliest shopping street is right behind the hotel, with supermarkets, shops, and restaurants all easily accessible.

Everything was pretty average, to be honest. The only good thing was the location, being close to the cathedral. Otherwise, there were no highlights. They didn't even provide water. The service attitude was also quite poor, even arrogant. And the check-out time was really early. Overall, the experience was just okay.

It's rare to see a hotel that doesn't provide drinking water promptly. It's really strange, a matter of a few euros, yet it makes guests unhappy 😔. Although the water was eventually delivered, it still left a very uncomfortable feeling 😭.
