The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff provided excellent service and were always helpful. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day, which made the stay even more enjoyable

1. There is no private parking. They offer public parking at a price (with a “discount” 😬) of €60 per day. 2. At check-in, they said breakfast was included, but at check-out, they charged extra for breakfasts. 3. Over 4 days, our daughter was moved out of her room 4(!) times due to issues with the shower and toilet. 4. Throughout our entire stay, there were major water problems in the hotel: the toilet kept running non-stop, and there was no water coming from the shower. 5. The staff’s response to all complaints was to offer us a bottle of water (presumably so we could wash with it). 6. A completely terrible experience — I strongly advise against staying here.

The hotel is centrally located, and amenities are great. The bed was comfortable and the access by metro easy. On a Saturday night the room on the first floor was very noisy until midnight due to a bar in the area.

no complimentary water provided in room so we used the kettle to boil but both the cups and kettle in room were very dirty, we washed twice still very oily staff was nice and the amenities were good!

Comfortable and cosy room, good location and friendly staff

Modern hotel for business travelers and tourists seeking to avoid the expensive five-star hotels in Milan. A pleasant reception area, uninspiring, but comfortable rooms, corteous smiling staff, a quite nice open air bar and restaurant, a tiny gymn for a munimum workout, decent breakfast, and, above all, excellent location.

Property close to Milano centrale as well as Duomo and everything in central Milan. The park opposite hotel is great for walks and runs in the morning. Check-in staff (I forgot her name) was welcoming and polite. Reminded us about pickpockets in Milan, and to be safe. Room is adequate, housekeeping did a good job cleaning up everyday. The breakfast, however, leans towards the simpler side without changing much daily. Overall, an ok hotel, if not memorable.

Good location, great breakfast

It's a very old hotel, but the facilities are good. Because the breakfast is delicious and the overall room rate is lower than the surrounding areas, I stayed here twice in Milan. Opposite the hotel is a large park, which is very beautiful in spring. It's OK to walk to the city center to buy things. The surrounding sushi restaurants and ice cream shops are also delicious.

I chose this hotel on a business trip. I felt it was just average after checking in. I booked three rooms for two nights. Everyone said that it was fine! But the discounts on Ctrip were not that good. I used it a lot this year, but in the end, my upgrade was blocked and I was not given a black brick. I gave a bad review. I will switch to ** in the future. Goodbye Ctrip

Very pleasant welcome and service

The location of the hotel is quite good. It is very close to the center of Milan. It is not far to go to concerts and it is very convenient to go back at night. If you are shopping, you can basically buy some things and put them back in the hotel.
