This hotel is super conveniently located, just a 3-5 minute walk from the central station. It's really clean, and the air conditioning was fantastic – already running at a comfortable 20 degrees Celsius when I walked into the room, which was a lifesaver in Europe! When I checked out, the lady at the front desk was so thoughtful, asking if I wanted still or sparkling water for my journey. Very impressed with the service.

The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the train and subway stations. The front desk staff were also very friendly. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit old, but otherwise, everything else was good.

The location is great, walking distance to the Milano railway station. A lot of good restaurants are around the area. The service is good. The morning breakfast is a hug surprise, tasty and fruitful. The only thing is the amenities in the hotel is a bit old . However, considering the price, it’s fair.

This was by far the best hotel of my trip to Italy, no contest. All the staff were incredibly professional and courteous. The breakfast had a great variety too. It's a shame my trip was a bit rushed this time, but I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

Great Location, very close to Milan Centrale station, several restaurants are closeby, Penny Supermarket is less than 5 minutes walk Excellent breakfast selections, with good service in the dining room. Appreciate the cool drinks in the fridge, and a good selection of tea and coffee sachets in the room. Single room small in size, however felt plenty of space in the room, and with great amenities. In room temperature can be controlled manually, which is a plus. One thing that could be improved is not to have cleaning staff talking loud and vacuuming outside guest room before 9am.
